Ordered a retro football shirt over Christmas. Still waiting for the shirt and no reply to E-Mail regarding the order. Very poor customer service. I would not buy anything from this company again.

Worst customer service ever, I order a retro shirt and the website said that it was going to take 4 to 5 DAYS so I ordered to get it before Christmas as a present for my husband, days went by and I contacted their customer service and they told me that it was going to take 4 to 5 WEEKS so it wasn’t enough time to be here before Christmas, I decided to wait and it has been 7 weeks and still haven’t get it, not even a tracking number, NOTHING

Ordered a shirt 6 weeks before Xmas as a present for my brother didn't turn up in time but came after a week into the new year but to be fair all the upev with the covid you can let it slide also the quality of my order was 100% so it made it all worth waiting

I was waiting for my child t-shirt over 2 month and never arrived plus is so hard to contact this company by phone and when i complained by email rather i got an apology I got excuses ? well not professional, I do not recommend this company.

Ordered a retro shirt 7 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched. After emailing them 3 times I had a generic response to say they were having issues with their supplier which they hoped would be resolved ‘very soon’. Would definitely not use again and am waiting to see if I ever receive the product I have paid for.

Update - product received after 8.5 weeks. No problems with item itself.

Such a shame to write this, thought id be the one that read reviews and trusted what i read and believed in this year being hard for businesses but....
How do you get hold of this company? no communication at all. 01698 just rings and mobile always unavailable. 3 weeks not heard a thing. No printed shirt required just a plain football shirt. Come to conclusion its not coming for Christmas if is coming at all!

We ordered a football customized jersey for our 2 year old with is name. The name included a special character (ï). The Teamzo site confirmed the order with all the proper information, but the order system received a different character.

We asked for a reorder or refund. After a lot of back and forth they finally accepted that it was their mistake (they were initially responding one liner: We sent you what you ordered). We were told we could get a reorder, follow-up 3-4 times and never heard back.

We ended up asking for a refund and are now still waiting.

Bad customer service experience here. Too bad as the product is good quality.

Terrible company to deal with. Was promised 3-4 day delivery for Xmas. Once paid I was told it may not arrive in time for Xmas and told it would be looked into. Next minute I'm rudely told I'm getting a refund in 3-7 working. Refund never came and to chase. Once I got through no apology given.

This was a new website to me and they provided an excellent fast service with plenty of updates. They have saved my husband's Christmas day present after I was let down badly by his football club's terrible service. Thank you teamzo I will definitely be back.

I ordered a retro football shirt from Teamzo and this was the first time I had shopped with them. The website was easy to use, the price was good and when I placed my order, the website clearly stated that the shirt was being made and would take between 4 to 6 weeks for it to be made and dispatched. True to the information, I received an email from Teamzo within that timeframe, saying that my shirt had been dispatched and providing me with tracking information. I was able to track when my delivery was due and the shirt was exactly what I wanted, well made and sent appropriately packaged to ensure safe delivery. I am very pleased with the football shirt I ordered, the communication I received with updates and with the overall service from Teamzo. I would definitely use them again.
