Order and item of clothing. The company sent an email next day saying that the item is out of stock. The refund the money but not post or packaging. Instead said I have a credit for free shipping if I use them again in the next 14 days. How is that compensation? I have to order with them again to get free delivery for items I paid to be delivered already but not received. Awful customer service never ever use.

Terrible
Terrible. I made an order for a shirt and I waited a month before I emailed them to see where my order was. They said they had issues with the stock provider. I requested a refund and cancelled my order. Refund said 3-5 days, I waited a week and they said they made an error processing my refund. Wow terrible terrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Part delivery, outstanding items & poor communication.
Placed an order which failed to arrive. Despite chasing many, many times, Teamzo were extremely slow to respond. We eventually received part of our order but still have outstanding items, despite ordering over 2-months ago! Nobody answers the phone when we try to call and so far we haven't received a response to our emails or online contact form. Order from this company with caution!

Only partial refund, no explanation to cancellation of order!
I placed an order last night, August 30th, the amount was taken out, only to find out I've been PARTIALLY refunded via email today, August 31st, as my order was "rejected"! No reason as to why, but I'm not very happy that I didn't get the full amount back, and no explanation! Will NOT purchase from here again!

Terrible!
Terrible!! I ordered two shirts from them. I received one and the other was on back order. NEVER received the second shirt after months. I requested cancellation and a refund. I have been told numerous times the money has been credited back to my account and have yet to see it. I find it odd there is no number to contact and he SAME individual is always responding to emails. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
