On the 20th of january I have placed and paid an order from Italy. On the 20th of february I have sent the 7th reminder without reply because I did not receive nor the goods or a refund !!!

Amazing Quality
This is definitely one of my favorite brands of tea! I discovered this tea while vacationing in London in 2016. I live in the USA so it's not easy finding good quality tea here. You know it's good quality tea when friends and family who aren't tea people want to know where you bought the tea. If you order at least $50 worth they will send it DHL Express and get it in a few days!

Quick delivery and cute packaging
I bought the tea set and teapot as a gift so I don’t know how good it is but the delivery was very good and arrived exactly on the day that it said it would. The packaging was also quite pretty.

Earl Grey, Loose Leaf Tea
Arrived in good time, despite current situation.
I bought a refill pack, 200g, loose leaf tea.
Gentle flavour, I like the mallow flowers and blue cornflowers.
However, I was a tiny bit disappointed as the Bergamot flavour/ bouquet is quite faint. It's expensive and I have bought better Earl Grey tea at much lower price.
Probably would not buy again, but tbh, I am enjoying it.
