On the 20th of january I have placed and paid an order from Italy. On the 20th of february I have sent the 7th reminder without reply because I did not receive nor the goods or a refund !!!

Accurate web descriptions
Excellent teas, quick delivery and good service - the descriptions on the website actually describe the teas very accurately. I tried the Scottish Breakfast which was new to me, and found it tasted just like the description said it would. They also sell simply the best genmaicha I have tried in the UK - well done Palace!

The range of teas are marvellous and I have been a customer for many years.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the shipping costs are extortionate. I pay £12 to have one bag of loose leaf tea sent to Norway

I make multiple purchases each year for my dearest friend who lives in the USA, he discovered Tea Palace Tea while living and working here several years ago. He simply thinks its the best tea anywhere in the world and despite the huge costs for me to send it , its worth every penny !

Most tea that ive purchase are alright
Most tea that ive purchase are alright. Their expiry at least 1-2 years expiry. However for peony mint tea, I was totally disappointed. This tea doesn’t taste anything close to what I’ve been drinking. I guess because the expiry date was end of 2020.

We didn’t mind the clip lock bags rather than purple boxes as tip into your tins anyway
You could offer sample size in a bag too to reduce waste - as a gift lovely to have a tin but have plenty of small tins now just wanted to try out the unusual earl greys before committing to a big bag

As a business we are currently evaluating all of our packaging and are speaking to a number of supplies to see if we can't improve / reduce our plastic footprint even further. You're not the first person to tell me that there cupboard is starting to look more like a tin showroom haha... The zip locks have actually reduced the size of the parcels we are needed to send out, which especially on international shipment is lowering the shipping cost. We will continue to find ways to reduce shipping costs for our customers and ensure the contents arrived undamaged.
