FRAUDULENT COMPANY
Decided to give this company a go as I seen all the good reviews but these are all made up. Paid for an item months ago and still no sign of it. Contacted the courier company and they said the tracking number is made up and hasn’t been collected. COMPANY HAS BEEN REPORTED!

Item missing but no refund & no replies
There was 1 air fryer missing in the delivery as I ordered 2 air fryers. Your colleague also confirmed that by email, but I asked that I did not want it any more and wanna get refund. They also agreed but not yet refunded or replied to my emails or calls. It's so annoying and scaming.

Disgraceful customer service
I never actually got round to ordering anything as this company couldn't even be bothered to reply to 2 emails asking a couple of questions about a product. Customer service is obviously not a priority so I definitely wouldn't risk ordering from them.

I was sent a faulty iron
I was sent a faulty iron. This was supposed to be 'like new, but doesn't work, turning itself off when you pick it up and start using it. I contacted their customer service who replied and said to return it to the address on the email signature. This was not a free post address, and it would cost me about £10 to return a product that was faulty through no fault of my own. I replied asking for a freepost address as it is up to them to cover the cost of postage and have had no response.
