was charged a fiver for a Stanley adjustable spanner which was not ticked off on delivery note.
I emailed them to see if they were going to send the spanner or give me back my money.
I AM STILL WAITING ON MY MONEY.
They have yet to reply.

Item not fit for purpose
Item turned up with no glass no boots to put it together no assembly instructions or the cover.
Item was advertised as complete just the box was damaged. Still waiting for a full refund and for the item to be collected from my house. Have had to go through PayPal as the company is not responding to my emails.
I would give it a zero if I could.

Purchase failure
Placed an order, received email confirmation, received email from DPD with tracking number. A week later I received an email that the order was cancelled and being refunded with no explanation why. Communication seems to be a problem and doesn't inspire confidence to purchase from them again.

Can't return a faulty air fryer
Bought an airfryer which has a major fault - it stops counting down at about 3 minutes. I have asked for a Freepost label and packaging to be able to send it back or for a courier to collect as I have already paid for postage to get it. I have also offered to send a video of it for a full refund and I will then take it to the dump in my time and at my expense. They should not have sold dangerous items like this and I am now chasing and chasing and not even getting a reply.
