My toaster does not work at all.
I have contacted the company twice and no reply.

Order placed, despatch notification received with est delivery date ... then got paypal refund notification but nothing as to why. Either it was despatched or it wasn't. Email asking for more information ignored. Terrible service, will not be using again.

I am very delighted with the exceptional customer service of your company, to have very polite and helpful staff dealing with customers on the phone is sadly becoming very hard to come by these days, many businesses online have a Tel No that nobody answers, I Am Glad To Say, Not So Will Your Company!! I called this company as there were parts missing from my order, to be told it should not have been advertised as it was, they are giving me a refund, which I've not received as yet

The Duralit kettle I ordered did not work when I received it. I have emailed them several times (including advising them I would have to give them a bad report on Trustpilot) and have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply. It is extremely disappointing that I may have to claim it back on my credit card.

Bought a sink and was initially impressed with how quickly it arrived and it’s condition. However, I realised that I had incorrectly measured the item and so contacted Technology Spare Parts the day after the product arrived to explain the situation and to ask to send back for a refund. This process was very difficult, no response to my emails and initially told when I chased this up that i had to send the item back myself with no return label. After numerous calls, a return label was generated. The item has been returned (on 26th Feb) and I am still awaiting my refund. This is still involving me emailing and calling to chase this up. It has now been over 2 months since I initially ordered the item. I would say if you are confident in what you are buying, then great. However, I would not use this company if there is a doubt and you may need to get a refund. There does not appear to be any system for this or customer service. I have never experienced having to continuously chase a company. I live in hope that I may get my money back one day!

The Hawkins 3l pressure cooker I received was in its original box but the packaging had clearly been opened and then retaped-up with bright orange tape. Also, the tiny stand for use inside the pressure cooker seemed to have dried food on it. Did they send me a used pressure cooker?

Terrible customer service, they don’t answer their phone or answer emails. Then when my item arrived I was shocked to see the state of it once unwrapped. It was so battered it must have been dropped from a container. I’m still waiting for a response. Keep well away!
