I have been a member of Ted Bingo for a few years now and find it to be an honest site , it has a good bonus scheme and deposit rewards. A great site if you enjoy playing bingo.

I joined this site before reading the reviews on here,
i stumbled across it by chance and thought id give it a go, I deposited £20 and won £900!!!!
i was worried about the fact i never got a confirmation email after i requested it and the withdrawal did take 48 hours but this was the guidelines that i was informed of at the time.
Although other sites are instantly or 24 hours i cant complain at all.

Extremely slow withdrawal times in comparison to sky vegas, ladbrokes/coral, virgingame/heart bingo/monopoly casino.

Wrong advise given on calls by their advisors. Extremely disappointing. Bad selection of slots and jackpots, and the bingo games have disappointing payout values.

Waiting over a week for a withdrawal, when other sites do it in minutes is pathetic.

I joined Ted Bingo on Friday and enjoyed the site and bonus, I played
mystery jackpot where a chest opens just before game starts and reveals amount you are playing for. I had bought full amount of tickets £9.60 and was delighted that the prize was £500, I took a screenshot and sent to my partner saying fingers crossed.
I won the house and was ecstatic until my name flashed up saying I won £18.00 😣
I phoned and then emailed and today got a reply stating “they can confirm that I won full house and that I received £18” well !! That I know ! But where is my full winnings

Ok so I have now given1 star which is all this scam company deserve !!! they have deactivated
my acc as I excluded myself from one of their sites within their group !!!! In the past ?

They accepted my registration!
They approved my ID
They accepted my deposits
I don’t know what sites are in the group

UPDATE:
Customer service have been fantastic they have been In constant contact with me and have refunded the full amount. I cannot fault them 👍 good job 👍

Ive jus won £500, and withdrew it, seeing these reviews, i really hope i get my money. How long do it take to be approved?

I had a big win on the site and was excited to withdraw. Usually it doesn’t take so long, however I noticed it was taking a while so I emailed and they took days and days to reply. Rang up and they gave me a date which I was happy with, however I then received an email with another date and then another email with the original date the lady give me on the phone. It’s past that date now and still no funds into my account, when ring ups this morning the lady asked me to wait the day and see if it went in. When asked if it was being sent the right account she started babbling random rubbish avoiding the question all together. Ted bingo is linked with wink I believe and I’ve always had a great experience with them in the past. Ted bingo not to much. It’s becoming a absolute joke now. Once I do receive my funds if I do that is I will not be continuing to use the site!
Only given 2 stars because the lady on the phone the first time was absolutely lovely. No so much the second women on the phone!! Emails take forever and are pointless. I’m starting to think I won’t be receiving the funds and this whole site has been one big con.

One of the worst casinos around!! honestly it’s as if the casino is hell bent on u not winning at all or never leave with the bare minimum u won!! Sorry to say this is not a fair casino and I wouldn’t miss them if they closed down!

omg this has to be the worst bingo site ever.... I deposited £10 have not been able to play not 1 game of bingo as they do not load up due to all my frustrations I spent all on slingo which was not what I joined this site for, so I now have £20 in bingo bonus which I will never spend on here as I dont think actual bingo exists. PLEASE PLEASE dont bother to spend your money HERE go to a reputable site that is fair as this is your money that they are scamming from you.

joined this site yesterday spent about 150 pounds but also made a withdrawal only to find next day i had been excluded from playing. At some point I must have excluded myself from another bingo site run by this company I had no idea, but should have been barred from registering straight away, took my money all right but obviously they will not honour my withdrawal what a way to treat anybody I will be contacting gambling commission with my complaint.

terrible site no communication my partners still waiting for his 150they owe him and when email they take days to respond with same reply cant find your account avoid this site

Terrible.. No communication. No rush to pay me the 40 I was owed.
They apologised there was a delay after I phoned, and they did not know why.
I was promised it would be processed that afternoon, only to find it was still processing the next day.
I have phoned today again, and given the same apology and same excuse, and the same promise...
