On 24-Dec-2024 i applied for refund but today is 17-Jan-2025 i did not received refund amount i have already paid almost 10000 bank charges.

Telemart is a fraud company, i payed online and i didn't get my order nor did i get my refund yet and they keep saying sir wait more its been almost 2 months now

I ordered a Baseus 65W GaN charger from Telemart and paid through my debit card. When I placed my order, it was stated that I would receive it within 2-4 days. However, after 4 days, my order was still in "processing" status therefore, I asked them to cancel it and my order was cancelled. When I tried reaching out to their customer service for my refund , I realised there was no way to contact them via phone, and the only option was to submit a ticket, for which I received an automated response expressing sympathy. It has now been over 3 weeks, and I still haven't received my refund! This is literally the worst company, and I’m posting about them on LinkedIn, tagging their founder as well. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE!

I used a Telemart Gift Card and placed an order. There was no communication from them for 7 days, when I opened a ticket on their support they simply cancelled my order. I also lost the Gift Card and am unable to use it for another purchase. They're simply a scam.

Will never Ship products.
Never ever pay in advance for products, they will never ship and will string you along with BS support tickets that lead to nothing. Their UAN doesn't work either. Please, Please save yourself the hassle and don't order from them. I've given up hope on ever receiving what I ordered after 35 days of the same support ticket copy/paste replies.

I have order 5 items on 28-09-2024 and its been a 02-11-2024 and my order is still under processing (34+ day passed). I have complaint 7th time each time same copy paste response is sent and ticket they closed the ticket so that customer could not respond on their reply. And for launching new complain you have to wait 48 your. Pathatic Support and poor service by the telemart.pk. Please stay way from this portal don't buy anything thing form this portal

Baddest experience. I was thinking its a trusted application but they have lost his space in Pakistan. I’ve ordered a product from Telemart and paid via debit card. I’m waiting from around 20+ days. In initial 10 days they were saying its in progress and it will dispatch in 2-3 days but now its been more then 20 days and I’ve not received yet and on my telemart account they are showing nothing and also not responding me on whatsapp or on email.

I’ve requested to refund or I should apply via my bank dispute.

They don't even have a helpline, and you can't cancel your order sadly.

I placed an order on Telemart, made the payment, and have been waiting for 15 days. The status still says "under processing," and there has been no update since. To make matters worse, the universal access number they provided is invalid, making it impossible to reach customer service. This lack of communication and transparency is frustrating.

Dear Friends i have order smart watch on 30 September 2024 and paid through my credit card which was my big mistake and still yet its being in processing, i have searched them on every platform but they are disappeared from every where, they dont have any social page, they wipe the facebook page, they wipe the insta page and the big fraud of them they present themself on linkedin by partner-shipping with different brands recently by name of alpha etc, when i comment on their post regarding my order and the review of trustpilot they deleted my comments many times so you can understand their fruad team, i have contacted one of their employee for my order they could not respond me and even he unfollow me from linkedin so you guys can review their services before buying some thing.

i ordered anker earbuds but didnt receive them. there is literally no way to contact them and i didnt get any email after the processed order one. i had prepaid the payment and now i am regretting that so much. my money is wasted. i would not recommend anyone to order from here.
edit: it has been 1 and a half month since my order was processed, i still didnt receive my order. i tried contacting them on whatsapp but all i get are the same replies "your order will be dispatched soon" "syou have waited long just wait some more" ???

No replies.
No email answers.
Non of the numbers are working.
I paid in advance and not received the product.
Will be filing a case against them.

Yah website intahaai koi ghatiya website hai.
Jahan se kuchh bina mangvaen agar aap jaini sakun chahte Hain tu.
Agar aapke pass haram ka paisa hai aur aap halal nahin karna chahte to aap Yahan se kuchh bhi order kar sakte hain aur haram kar sakte hain apna paisa.

Telemart got worst customer service. Never buy anything from these jerks. I ordered a product a month ago and its still in processing. Upon contacting they always say it would take 3-4 days but they just lying straight face cz these scammers never actually have the product in stock.

Telemart SCAM ALERT

Guys, never ever order with prepayment on telemart. My story starts on 9th July 2024, I am ssing telemart from 2015 and trusted on the name of telemart hense placed the order of AC without hesitation. Telemart policy is that payment for items above Rs 50k should be in advance. So, I placed the order and paid by bank transfer of Rs 136200. They called to confirm the order. . After 3 days when I checked the order status it shows order processing, Then I’ve tried to contact via chat or live support or phone support but is not there, the number is turned off. There was a Whatsapp number which is given only to fool, it is not supported.

Processing was still going on, I was generating support tickets at support.telemart.pk but I am still getting the same reply that it will be dispatched in 2-3 days and after 15 days I lost my patience and on 24th July I reached telemart physical office near Shaheed and Millat Road, after that I met the category manager of appliances. He also told me that it will be delivered in 2-3 days or later, I got his whatsapp number and tried contacted him afterward, he replied 2 to 3 times but not attending my calls and after 29th July he stop replying! . I kept calling the telemart office again and again and told him that if you have not arranged for me to cancel my order on 26th July. But my order cancellation email came on 31 july 2024. It is clearly mentioned on the website that if telemart failed to fulfill the order they will refund in 5 to 10 days but it is not so.

Then I visited Telemart again and again and met the reception guy and contacted him via Whatsapp. They make me feel bagger to asking for my money. Finally in the 5th visit I spent 1 hour sitting in their office received the cash check on 20th August 2024 after 43 Days of order placement because I was in Karachi and visiting Telemart office regularly and sat their 1 Hour each time. If anyone is outside Karachi then Allah is the owner of your money.

Well, by the grace of Allah, I got my refund after 43 days of placing the order, on which my every visit was 1.5 hours long, fuel cost and 30 rupees for parking also. Their model of business I realized is that when an order is received, they rush to the market to get the product. Any smart person should think 100 times before shopping from telemart or read online reviews, all the screenshots are attached!!!!! Say no to advance payment in Pakistan especially To TELEMART

This is the 4th time I bought products from Telemart. Overall my experience was just average and I will be giving 3 stars for that.

One of the products which is the Voice-Control Led Lamp is not of good quality, I should say it's below average. Most of the time it doesn't react to the commands I provide and not all the commands work.

I'm happy with the other 2 products.

I would suggest the owner of Telemart to please enhance the overall customer support experience. Answers to the questions are not provided timely. Also, I have seen so many products on Telemart that don't have a 1 year brand warranty on them but when I check the same products on Daraz they do provide 1 year warranty on their products. Maybe the Telemart staff mistakenly haven't added that in the description of their products.

As a customer, I would love to see these positive changes and maybe then the customers would be providing you with a 5-star rating. :)

They are a scam. I paid in advance for a charger, and they initially asked me to wait 2-4 days. Then they requested another 3-4 days, repeating this process for about two weeks while making excuses. Despite their website showing the charger in stock, they never shipped it. When I ordered, the price was half of what it is now. They increased the price by 100% and never sent the charger or issued a refund, likely to save money. Please, never buy from them and definitely don't pay in advance.
