I was going to order but thanks to reviews I didn't. Improve your work quality first!

I placed an order with telemart.pk, paid online, they didn't respond after that. After several days of sending emails to them asking for an update, they responded after 10 days that the product I ordered is not available. It has been 3 months since then, and they are effectively refusing to refund the money I paid to them.

They are 100% SCAM. Please do not pay anything to them in advance. They will take your money, then tell you the product is not available, and then they will refuse to refund your money. There are literally thousands of people facing the same issue, and apparrently, this is their official practice. I got in touch with their CEO Ahmed Rauf Essa on LinkedIn, and explained the issue politely. Below is his profile ID on LinkedIn

He blocked me instead of resolving a straight forward issue, proving that the CEO Ahmed Rauf Essa is the scammer himself and the company is following an official policy of scamming people. Stay away, or else you will be a victim of their scam. Read other reviews elsewhere, and you will see this is their standard policy.

I ordered multiple items from Telemart, Some products have exceptional discount rates and are cheaper than the rest.
Their customer support team contacts you directly and timely in case of any query.
Overall I liked it!

I am so fu**in annoyed by these fu**.ers. They wont reply to anything. Basically non existent customer support. I had pre paid 165,000 for a ps5 which i did not receive btw. It's been two weeks now. Now i want a refund but they simply wont respond. I may be moving to consumer court now.
Follow up on the complaint: I got number of one of the employees of telemart from a friend in karachi and then called him after which he took 4 more days and then i finally received my device.

If possible I would have given negative 5
Pathetic, slow and unreliable service.

It's been a month still didn't received my order.....

I have ordered a Purifier 3 months ago and paid 45000 through credit card . After couple of weeks of my order they cancelled it and told me that I will get refund in 10-15 working days and still as of today I have not received my money back despite multiple reminders . They seem to be a fraud company. Please do not buy anything from this web store

no one replied I ordered a ps5 console they sent me an open package and above all, the console seal was broken They are not honest sellers. don't recommend never ever purchase anything from them.

Got my order cancelled and amount is not refunded since 4+ months. Ghosted on email, WhatsApp support and ticket support too! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Customer support is S**T. DON" T BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM TELEMART. I ordered a product and it's been 2 weeks, and I haven't received the parcel, upon asking them they are saying we have contacted the seller but it is delayed. I was like WHAT?, if you don't have stock for this item then why don't you show it out of stock?

100% fraud! The only way to get back your amount is to hire a lawyer and send them a legal notice.
Be aware, they using all your amount in buying real estate, so they will not send your order nor refund!

I have placed an order for a luggage weight scale and it has been 3 days and I have not received any confirmation of the order or a call from the vendor. Unfortunately, I have made the payment in advance considering it an authentic online sales platform. The website is still showing the order as processing. Will not recommend anyone to buy anything from this crap site. Their helpline is not working, no one is receiving the call on the provided cell number.
Worst experience of online shopping.

After 1 month of emails, messages, and stress, finally I got a Refund.

I am writing this review to give hope to those people, waiting for their refund from telemart. Go to their Support Page (add-new-ticket section) and create a ticket. Cancel your order there and ask for a refund. I Hope it Help.

And Remember, NEVER ORDER FROM TELEMART AGAIN.

Worst Experience, Lost 1 Lac PKR on telemart. I ordered 2 mobile phone. They never process the order and now not refunding my amount. Be Aware, Dont Order on Telemart.

They have no customer support. Their phone number is mentioned on their website, but when we dial it, the system does not even recognize that number. On their tickets, they send computer-generated replies and don't understand customer's problem.

After placing the order, there is no option to cancel the order. I ordered Mi 3 power back (20000mah) but the product was fake I checked and confirmed it by verifying it on Mi product authentication web page. Also, its charging cable was missing from the box.

I would never buy again from Telemart!!

Very Cheap SCAMMERS, first they don't deliver and when cancelled, they do this... not refunding my money from 2 months giving same lame excuse, "Your Refund in process we will send reminder again to our relevant department kindly wait you will get your Refund soon." and on top of that they don’t have a single working phone number to call, check for yourself, and maybe that’s why they don’t have enabled reviews on their FB page otherwise it would expose them.
