TT80814 Been waiting since 1st June 2020 , hundreds of emails, & robots reply,I’m at breaking point as my partner who is with our holiday party now has cancer,this company are just adding to the heartbreak and distress, they lie lie , promised my refund 30/11/20 nothing, we really need our money bk, the stress this company is adding to our lives is unbearable, and I speak for thousands of other customers in my predicament

Absolute shower of s—t this company , booked a holiday in April ,,they cancelled it then closed there phone lines ,went on website ,got lied to every time ,then was promised refund of £3336 by the 31st of July ,of course another lie ,you ring they keep you waiting sometimes for an hour or more then hang up !,DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY ,,JET2 IS THE WAY FORWARD ,very very angry ,can’t abide liars !,,, still no refund 27th nov after yet another empty promise of refund will be in your account definitely in 5 days ,,12 days ago now ,,, terrible ,,

I’D RATHER BOOK COVID!
*DO NOT* book a holiday with these theives... Booked a holiday in January 2020 for March for daughter’s 18th birthday, which was cancelled due to COVID. Been trying to get a refund ever since but been totally fobbed off, ignored, lied to and generally ripped off.
Nobody answers the phone or replies to an email & looking at the many reviews before this it is clearly a common theme with this lot.
Save yourself the hassle & book with a proper holiday company.
We’ll chase our money via legal action through the courts & hopefully this lot will fold! Total disgrace!

Gave one star as i cant give less.absolute disgrace of a company..completely ignoring customers that they know and have admitted they owe refunds to...avoid this fraudulent set up at all costs

An absolute disgrace. Ringing them for months. Our first family holiday the kids devastated they couldn’t go and won’t be able to next year because we won’t get this money back. Customer service have hung up and even laughed down the phone at one point. I am taking this further. I am going to the radio stations to name and shame. Also politicians to bring an end to companies having ghost addresses in Ireland and out sourcing customer services to far flung places making the company completely unreachable and free to rob thousands of people out of their hard earned money during a pandemic.Stay away from teletext holidays Ireland/England

I have never been abroad before and cant believe I was unlucky enough to be recommended teletext holidays. The most awful experience ever since I found out my flights were cancelled. They dismissed my questions during the pandemic and only acknowledged I would not be going on my holiday 2 days before I was due to fly. I have requested a refund from these crooks numerous times only to be either fobbed off or completely ignored.
DO NOT use this company, the customer service is horrendous and they obviously do not care about their customers as soon as they have the money.

Well another review needed as still waiting for a refund for my holiday due to depart may 30 2020 got cancelled due to covid19 sent hundred of emails but you get no reply.called them but all you get is and generic reply. Not being funny but how long must people wait for there money back 6 months is a joke. Guys please don't use TELETEXT HOLIDAYS THEY ARE CRAP AVOID

I wouldn’t rate this company at all, false promises of refund as my holiday was cancelled due to Covid on 14 june since then I’ve had several different dates of refunds and still waiting, I’ve been emailed by Meghana who assured me refund would be in my bank by 30 sept, Amjad promised me it in sept, Raj texted me to say my refund would be in my account also, even had the cheek to call me to book another holiday, their customer service is a joke, Do not book with this company

I'm still waiting for a refund since may there has been no contact from them absolutely no customer service they just took my money and completely ignored me.

Bad company they don't care about the customer they take your money then cancel flights and holidays and don't refund you this has been going on since March 2020 ( could only write a review with 1 star not even worth that ) don't be fooled by them

If I could give ZERO star rating I would, absolutely sick to the back teeth of trying to get my money back from these scammers, my holiday was cancelled last May and I'm still trying to get my money back, 6 months and still no refund despite multiple emails, calls, they hang up on you when you ask for a refund ..... They are still taking bookings for new holidays though if you are stupid enough to give them your money...... DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THIS COMPANY..... I repeat.... DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THIS Company.

Please DONT book with teletext holiday, blatant liars, endless emails and phone calls and still no sign of my refund since April. Holiday booked in late December 2019,i paid €1200 in installments over the next 3 months, Ryanair flights were cancelled in May for my holiday which was supposed to happen in early July.

No communication from Teletext holidays at all.... NOTHING.

It's 5 months later and I've contacted them multiple times looking for a refund.... Either no reply or we will get to you in Time.

Then the next one is I have to wait 90 days after the date of departure before I get my money back.... That time has been and gone and still no refund.

So I contact Jimmy via their twitter page who informs me that I can apply for a refund after the 31st of October.

So if I don't get a refund after my next request then I will have to claim it via the courts. I'm not wasting any more of my time.

As multiple people before me have stated too, this company are a bunch of crooks who at this point are holding onto my money and refusing to refund it for a holiday that I never received.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY EVER WITH THIS COMPANY.

so hard to get my money back for my holiday that was cancelled. Waiting hours to talk to them only to be hung up on each time. Thankfully my airline emailed me to let me know my flights were cancelled while teletext were telling me the holiday was live.

I booked a package holiday in Spain with this shower of crooks. Aer Lingus were courteous enough to send me several emails to say they had cancelled the flights. I have been three weeks trying to get confirmation from Teletextholidays if the holiday was cancelled or if they had sourced alternative flights. Countless messages saying they would contact me, countless phone calls where I was on hold for hours and countless times the support agent just hung up on me in mid call. I got confirmation from Teletextholidays that the holiday was cancelled 6 days after it should have begun. Don't ever waste your time booking a holiday with these total scam artists! They have taken €3,000 from me and given me nothing in return. The directors and owners of this company should be put behind bars! Avoid them like a plague.

I have tried several times to get my holiday transfered from May 2020 to May 2021. I did not receive any correspondance from Teletext Ireland holidays at all. The only interaction i got from them was when i called them and listened to their endless excuses as to why i can not transfer my holiday to May 2021. Anyway to cut out the last 2 and half months later i finally called Amjad and he sorted it out for me in 20 minutes, flights, accommodation & transfers all done and ready for next year. Thank you very much Amjad for you actual help.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Sent numerous emails after emails. Spent days trying to get them on the phone. Completely ignored me. Flight due to go on the 26th July. Hotel is actually closed for remainder of the year also. The customer service team are to put it polite USELESS.
