I had a good experience changing my holiday originally booked for Tenerife and changed to Ireland. Had a really good assistant on the call called Moin.

The worse company I've ever dealt with,still waiting refund back from april,which in my emails they sent back then that I would get refunded and it's now july.Wont answer phones out a fortune ringing,wont return emails and answer to online chat.A disgraceful company never book with them thieves and liars

Booked expensive holiday for 9 June - never told me my flight was cancelled - keep emailing them to try get a refund but they tell me I will get a voucher - I want a full refund but no reply now. Stay away from this company the worst service ever & im down 3000 euro - DO NOT USE THEM

Holiday booked and paid for, flight outgoing cancelled, left numerous messages to be told I will be contacted by "concern" team.. Shocking company and will never use again, all I'm asking is to be put on an earlier flight!

Just off the phone to rebook my holiday for later this summer. Was due to fly 2nd July 2020. Easyjet emailed to say flight was cancelled. I contacted Teletext and got speaking to Amjad. On phone to him for 45mins and we are rebooked for 18th July.

Could not fault Teletext Holidays in any way........................

I had an all inclusive holiday booked for my partner and myself for March 19th 2020 to Morocco
Teletext holidays emailed to cancelled the holiday two days before departure
I also received an email from Ryan Air with the flight cancellation due to COVID-19
It made perfect sense the holiday would be cancelled
I have tried endlessly to contact teletext by phone
I spoke on four occasion with their advisers at their Indian call centre asking for a full refund and was advised one of their staff members would contact me within 24 hours to discuss my options for refunding my money, to date 14 weeks later I have not been contacted by any member of Teletext Holidays
I received one email advising I would receive a protective credit note which to date I have not received, I sent an email to refuse a protective credit note and advised I am due a full refund by TeleText My further emails, facebook message, chat rooms messages have been ignored
I am fed up trying to get my money back, my hard earned money. My Partner is waiting to go into hospital for operations and can not travel for the forcible future so the only option is a refund
It is very disappointing when you see other travel companies making refunds to their clients and TeleText won't even acknowledge a phone call Scamming their Customers
Sending people around the bend to avoid giving back hard earned money
They are using every tactic to avoid giving people back their money
People like myself that work hard for years to get one break
They are committing Fraud holding on to my money without any justification
Sucking every cent out of ordinary people
I paid Teletext in full and in Good faith I have been ignored just because I want my money back
Please do not book a holiday with Teletext
They are corrupt fraudsters

Can’t understand why I had to give it a star to write my review because they deserve no star. We booked all inclusive holiday for June so as not to need much spending money. Now after been canceled and going through messenger and emailing Teletext Holidays was offered voucher that we don’t want we wanted our money back so as to try and have holiday here in Ireland after been in lockdown for 3 months. Now I can not understand how this corrupt company have the right to hold back on a full refund. We for one will be telling all our friends and family never to use this agency.

Holiday cancelled not a single contact or update since. Hotel cancelled booking in March. Hotel don’t get paid until you stay and airline cancelled in April so no reason to hold on to my money. And no I won’t accept a Monopoly money credit voucher as I will not be booking or planning any further travel through this company. Nothing but a gang of thieves and robbers taking money from customers knowing the holidays will not go ahead. Your CEO should resign and volunteer to go directly to jail.

I'm waiting for a refund from a holiday that was cancelled in March when Tenerife was put into lock down can't get trough on phones yer a total discrase and have no regard for yer customers

Would not even rate it as one star absolute rip off will not answer phone or reply to emails in regards to complaint cannot get my money back for a holiday that was cancelled

I want our money back your scammers you don't even have the density to answer your phones I rang the hotel we wher staying at and they have not been paid and believe me this not the and off this

Very good service, Martin was extremely pleasant and very helpful (and patient 😂) when booking the holiday. Quick and easy to use. Would recommend and use this service again.
