As along term renter
As along term renter, this is my second issue with my landlord, who has become very rude and impolite. He does not listen to my messages and does not answer phone calls. I was desperate to get help.
Thankfully, I found Tenant Angels via Google. They are incredibly encouraging and caring, while also being highly professional and knowledgeable in handling tenants' legal issues.
Thanks to there expertise and support, l received the help l needed.
In addition, they are very respectful and considerate. They truly are "angels" doing important work. I highly recommend Tenant Angels to anyone who needs support in dealing with rogue landlords or letting agents.

This review is solely for their advert “landlords are still acting like spoilt babies over the renters rights” and not on direct service standards.
This is a divisive and derogatory ad depicting all landlords in a demeaning nature. Imagine if the law was amended to allow section 21 and “landlord angels” showed a crying tenant being evicted marginally quicker.
The irony is the company’s sole purpose is to chase unprotected deposits, which has been around for years before the RRA, yet the ad seems to impress some magical law has now been passed to enable claims against landlords.

I reached out to Tenant Angels because I had issues with my landlord regarding the deposit. From the very beginning, their response was incredibly fast and professional. They contacted me promptly, asked for additional details, and clearly explained the next steps.
I was told that it might take a couple of days for a solicitor to get in touch, but in my case it happened in less than a day. The solicitor contacted me quickly, gathered all the necessary information, and we were able to proceed with signing everything without any delays.
