Full professionalism and at the same time very friendly and personalised approach. Even if due to my personal circumstances it took me about a year to finally sign an agreement with a solicitor, they always had time for me and checked how I am going (without my feeling to be pushed by them). Really helpful and kind
They are really helpful. Their one-on-one communication style helped them understand the details of our case. They were really meticulous in checking the details of our case. It was a bit time-consuming (but understandable on their part since they need to ensure that the case was not a scam). But Tenant Angels supported us through the process.
Now we have finally filed the claim against the tenancy agency and the agent (who had ghosted us for 4 months) reached out within a single day. He promised to return the full deposit immediately and begged us to withdraw our claim. We did not do that and currently we are waiting for a proper resolution of our claim. Hopefully, we get properly reimbursed for all the distress that the agency put us through.

Could not recommend Tenant Angels more. Some landlords take advantage of tenants. They expect tenants to not fight back or complain and get away with it.
Tenant Angels made holding my landlord to account a breeze. I filled in the relevant information and they informed me that I had a potential case. They were clear about what would happen next and very open to take any questions. After that, they put me in contact with solicitors and I now have a case against my landlord for my deposit plus more.
