Using Tenant Angels was very professional and easy
Using Tenant Angels was quick, easy and very professional. They gather the data and passed it to one of their approved solicitors and the case was assessed. The solicitor is in the process of serving our landlord legal documentation asking why they withheld part of our deposit and not placing our deposit into any of the government approved TDP schemes, which is illegal. Amazing initiative!
Could not recommend Tenant Angels more. Some landlords take advantage of tenants. They expect tenants to not fight back or complain and get away with it.
Tenant Angels made holding my landlord to account a breeze. I filled in the relevant information and they informed me that I had a potential case. They were clear about what would happen next and very open to take any questions. After that, they put me in contact with solicitors and I now have a case against my landlord for my deposit plus more.

I had no idea what to do or where to…
I had no idea what to do or where to go. I’ve never had an issue with a former landlord before. The same day I saw somebody mention Tenant Angles and I took it as a sign and I’m very grateful that I got in contact with them.
