The law on deposit protection is very clear, a landlord (or their agent) must protect a tenant's deposit within 30 days of it being paid and it must remain protected for the whole duration of the tenancy until the day the tenant moves out.

The team is really really nice and patient trying to assist me as much as possible, even with my busy schedule being almost impossible to reply during the day. 5 star for Daniel who did her best catching on me to provide as much info as I can and guiding me what will happen next. I am very grateful and appreciate all the efforts. I truely recommend their service and tenants angel is so far one of the best online servicing team I have encountered, I 100000% recommend them.

Unprotected deposit
I was having issues with the fact that my deposit hadn’t been protected and my landlord was hanging onto it . Tenant Angels were an amazing support. We communicated via WhatsApp and I found this incredibly helpful and personal .. I didn’t need to take matters further as he did finally pay most of it back but i knew that I would have guidance and support if I had to go down the legal route . Thank you Tenant Angels.
