Easy to order online but the packaging was not great. The majority of the order arrived in a large box with the cannisters of balls being loose rather than contained in a box of 18 as they should have... See more

Paid for fast delivery but what a joke
Paid for fast delivery but what a joke! Their customer service is poor. Avoid buying from them. I will.
A bit slow, but overall good
I've ordered a tennis racket, since they had very reasonably priced previous model, and then I read the reviews and I was terrified. The order was indeed delayed and it probably took 2 weeks instead of 3-4 days, but after all the racket was delivered.
I am not sure why a lot of reviews are so negative personally. Yes, the order was delayed, but I was receiving updates about it, I got an email about the initial delay and then I got a few more after they sent the package, after it got to the UK (yes, they sent it from Germany), and so on.
Overall, the experience was quite good, the delivery took longer than expected, but the price was better than in other places.
Good service
Had multiple orders over the years including racket this month and never had any issues.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
Before I write anything I would highly suggest you NEVER order from this company. Once I began to have a few issues with my order, I looked at reviews for Tennis Point UK and I wished I’d done this beforehand.
I ordered Head Tennis skorts. In the ordering process the invoice was changed to Play (never heard of Play before, but now see they’re “exclusive to Tennis Point).
I tried to cancel the order after receiving an invoice from Tennis Point, but the UK website contact details do not work (email, phone, widget) so cancellation request was sent via a contact form on the website). No dispatch email had been received and no order cancellation email received.
I contacted PayPal who advised the payment had been made to Tennis Point de and was advised to contact them. Eventually made contact to confirm the cancellation had been actioned, but the reply said “your package has just been export cleared and now it’s on the way to the UK”.
4-5 days later no delivery received as per website delivery promise. I made further contact to track where this parcel was. The tracking information provided which was blank. Surprisingly, 11 days after placing my order, the incorrect order was delivered by DPD.
Of course, the returns portal failed to generate a label (what a surprise) and eventually I was emailed a returns label, with no indication there would be a charge for this. Once I could see the parcel had been received by Tennis Point I did have to chase them for the refund status and received a partial refund within 30 minutes! However, I’m now waiting for the outstanding £7.95 which I presume they took for the return P&P despite the incorrect order.
I’ve also seen from Companies House that Tennis Point UK doesn’t seem to be trading any longer….. if Trustpilot offered a zero star score that’s what they would have got.
Item arrived. Good price, slow delivery
Controversial review. My tennis racket didn't arrive for a week. I freaked out and looked at Trustpilot reviews, OMG... Called the company, spoke to 3 people. They said item will be sent tomorrow despite previous emails stating it was sent a week ago (no tracking info). Got my racket this morning (the same day it was supposed to be shipped from Germany). Bottom line it is a real company which is not able to manage shipping and delivery info (and they also pretend to be a UK based)
Zero customer care - a sham of a company
DPD skipped the delivery and took my parcel to a drop off shop 17 miles from home. Tennis Point UK website has a phone number no longer supported and the email "happy team" either do or don't reply. I was told the parcel would be collected and delivered next day but a week later got in the car and drove to collect. There is zero customer service for either Tennis Point or DPD - they need to be regulated as it's a shambles.
CON ARTISTS DO NOT USE
CON ARTISTS DO NOT USE
I ordered a padel racket (£200) and some balls (£3) with postage of £7.95.
I was then emailed saying racket was out of stock. I immediately asked to cancel my order in full but was told it was too late.
I've now being charged £7.95 delivery for some £3 balls.
I've quite reasonably requested to either have the £7.95 postage refunded or to return item for a full refund. But both options have been denied.
Will be returning at my own expense and filing a charge back with card company.
no idea where order is
no idea where order is, no number to call, support tickets answered in foreign language. Despite the fact the site says next day DPD delivery you actually enter a process where they need to get customs clearance, then import clearance, then they give it to DPD. I ordered on the 14th, recceived an email on the 15th saying it has been shipped with a DPD tracking number but that renders no results. on the 16th i receive an email saying it has customs clearance but the DPD number tracking still says they dont have the parcel.
the .co.uk domain led me to think i was ordering locally.

Did panic after ordering when I read these reviews. But correct, well packaged racket arrived in 7 days after excellent communication from seller and courier (Dpd).
5 stars 👍
Do NOT USE.
Do NOT USE.
Will never use again. Unable to return shoes that were too small. No active customer service. No effective way to return any goods. They have a .co.uk website but have no UK OFFICE. A complete con!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! There is no Customer Service, no way to contact the company if your order is not delivered. I tried four times, both by email and through “customer service” on their website. No response whatsoever. - There was a mistake on the address, the shoes were not delivered, tennis point did not instruct DPD to re-deliver, the tracking has ended, the parcel has vanished, and it seems very unlikely at this point that I will get a refund. ☹️
Phew!
Having seen the reviews I was scared that I just fallen for a scam. I just spent £180 on a new racket and shock absorber thinking I am going to speak to my credit card company. I emailed to cancel and straight away a bounce back saying email not in use. So used the help on the website and I did receive a response but my order was already on the way. Checked and it got through customs and was still to be collected by dpd within the next day it was in Blighty and next day it was with me. Honestly I will never use this company again as it’s hidden they are based in Germany I felt lucky that the order arrived with in 4 working days. The order was spot on too. I fully understand the bad reviews and the feeling of relief that the order I made arrived and was spot on. I would give more but it felt cloak and daggers on where they are based as well as the email not working. But super glad to get my order and feel sorry for everyone else who didn’t…

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY
EMAIL IS NOT SERVICED AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS ARE WRONG
WEEKS TO RECEIVE PARCEL AND COMPANY WONT RESPOND ON RETURNS
Abstain from ever buying anything with…
Abstain from ever buying anything with Tennis-point. Although some products have good prices, if you ever have to contact customer services, don't expect a response, or a generic answer at the most. Bought a £20 gift certificate 3 months ago that never arrived, and they are simply ignoring my replies. DO NOT waste your money on them!
Order was fine. Trying to return items is a nightmare
Order came on time no issue. However, I wanted to return shoes that were sent as they were too large due to my error
But when creating a label online it doesn't work. Have sent multiple messages to them now unanswered. I'll be issuing a chargeback on my card if they don't respond after my latest attempt at contact
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Sent me a return form with another person’s personal information on (data breach). Then ignores 12 emails trying to resolve. Refuses to raise my formal complaint. Have raised with Martin Lewis’s team and watchdog. Never use as totally garbage, 0 stars…..
Stay away
Stay away! Go to a local sports shop or look elsewhere online. they rave about fast delivery and customers being important. I should have read reviews first!
I ordered on 15th August. I then had an automated email on 21st August to say (this is all copied directly from email) “unfortunately, we must inform you that the delivery of your order is delayed. Your delivery will already be prepared and will be on its way as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconveniences.”
I used the contact us form straight back on 21st August asking for a more specific update and if they can give a rough delivery or dispatch date and the reply I then received on 21st August was “Hello, Thank you for your e-mail. Your order is still in the shipping process and will be delivered soon. You will receive more precise tracking updates shortly, so we kindly ask you to be patient. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, Name of #teamyellow
Customer Care & Happiness Team”
I then used the contact form again (that’s the only way to make contact with them) on 21st as my question wasn’t answered and again on 23rd and no reply since. Not even another automated email.
They rave about themselves that they delivering fast and customers being #1 importance as this states on their website! “And because you are our #1, we do not want you to wait long for your tennis equipment. Everything that you order from our online shop that we have on stock, will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours after a successful payment. After processing your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation with further information about the shipping service and the tracking number.”
What’s happening Tennis Point? Where’s my order? If you’re planning on buying as a customer, stay away!!
Don't expect to be able to return your items
I've ordered from Tennis-Point twice and needed to return an item both times. On both occasions, I've gone through the returns portal, tried to generate a label and the page has crashed. Tennis-point don't automatically email you the returns label - instead you have to raise a compliant via their website and wait over a week for someone to (hopefully) respond with the label. Terrible customer service.

Very frustrating experience
Very frustrating experience.
Order a racket 2 weeks ago. It was dispatched after 10 days and arrived in my local depot on Friday. I wasn’t home during the day so arranged to collect it from my local post office on Friday 15th August and I received a confirmation email. Dpd ignored the “successful rearrangement” and still tried to deliver it to my home address and of course failed but said to redeliver on Saturday. Since then, the parcel was scanned at least twice a day at the local depot but never taken out for delivery for three days. Contacted tennis point and they just asked me to be patient. Dpd said the only way to get my parcel delivered is through Tennis Point contacting them to arrange a redelivery and wouldn’t do anything otherwise. Tennis point isn’t replying my email now and I’m left with no racket or options.
