I wanted to check the item before they sent to it but got no response. Not until I received my order, they got back to me and to no-one’s surprise, they sent the wrong item. It could be easily fixed if they can actually respond to their customers sooner.

Updates: Thanks for the reply and I fully understood the workloads you are facing. I did check the details of the item but the website did not allow me to view the specs or update the orders. This is why I sent out the email at the earliest to check the specs and hopefully update the order before the shipment. But you did not reponse my email or contact me in anyway. Now I either need to pay the extra shipment fee to return it or keep it with the wrong grip size. This whole situation could be resolved promptly with a better comminication and support to your customer : sigh

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Item paid for, but not delivered. Tennis Point don’t seem interested. They initially claimed it had been delivered, but now say it is in transit. They are ignoring my request for a refund. I will take it up with my bank to get the refund.

Absolutely appalling, do not ever buy from them. I received a £200 gift voucher from my family but the system does not accept the code they gave us. I tried to contact them tens of time via email (there is no phone option in the UK!) and they just reply saying the voucher is valid. I'm now considering filing a claim against them, even if it is a lot of pain to go through. I would strongly advise against buying anything from them, as the customer service is non-existent, to the point of being almost fraudulent

It was a good company until recently it seems that they become a fraud rather than a legitimate company.

I have placed an order and it has never been sent, until I have to get my money back via PayPal resolution (I am very grateful that I used PayPal otherwise the money will be lost). The tracking number they provided with you does not seem to be legit, as there is no tracking information at all.

Avoid purchasing from Tennis Point now, maybe they are going through financial struggle, but it should not abuse customers trust.

A quick glance on trip advisor and I was worried, like many others. However overviewing recent reviews and after my own experience- I don’t see the problem.

Email and text notifications during the order process- despatched, cleared customs, UK arrival notifications given promptly. Ordered my item 19/11/25 and was with me on 29/11/25 with no issues and a Royal Mail/Parcelforce delivery.

No hassle, no issues and item arrived as expected.

What an extremely poor service from this online retailer. I ordered my shoes, which arrived within a few days. Unfortunately they were too small. The returns for on their website was broken so their support team sent me a label after reporting this to them. I retuned the product as requested within one day. I heard nothing from the company within two weeks. After chasing them they appeared not to have the returned shoes although the DPD website showed them had arrived. After chasing again they asked for proof of postage which I sent and again I sent them the DPD delivery screenshot. After one month they confirmed receipt of delivery and finally returned my money. I will never use this company again.

Shoes came quickly. Good price . Good quality kit .

Ordered and paid for tennis racket. They posted it about 10 days after they said they would. Then i found their website provides no means to contact them. The company seems to be based in Germany despite the .co.uk website. Their customer-service email address sends an auto-reply which tells you emails are not answered, and to respond via their website. The contact links on the website are all broken though. So it looked like id been scammed when nothing arrived, and they block all means to contact them. The item did arrive after 2 weeks, thankfully. So i think this company is just incompetent in their communication, but at least they sent the goods in the end.

Never use this company. They only fulfilled part of my order but have taken full payment and now can't be contacted via any channel

Tennis Point incorrectly addressed my items. I informed DPD who said only the retialer could amend address. So I arranged for the order to be held in warehouse for 5 days to allow the address to be updated. For some reason Tennis Point refused to do this and said they would prefer the order to be returned. They then after weeks of chasing partially refunded and I am still £95 out of pocket. They choose not to reply to me. NEVER USE THEM is my advice.

Super poor customer service, dont waste your time with this website, long delivery time, it says UK based, but seems shipment coming from Europe/China

Had to return a faulty tennis racket after 30 days. Racket cost was returned after 8 weeks but all returns have to go to Germany. The return cost was £39 and this is not refundable. Would advise not using tennis point incase something goes wrong.

I ordered in April and we are now in November with no updates and when I log into the website it just says order delayed 🤣🤣🤣 funny guys avoid at all costs. They don't respond to emails or their ticket system.

Took ages to deliver and now unable to return as I keep getting an error for their returns portal. The customer service is horrific and take 2 or more days to respond to every inquiry

I had a good experience with Tennis-Point.co.uk. My racket arrived within 4 business days and was in perfect condition. I’ve seen that many people have had issues with them, which is certainly frustrating, but (thankfully) everything went smoothly with my order.

We ordered an expensive racket which arrived later than specified and the packaging was completely crushed exposing the contents. It is extremely difficult to get through to anyone at Tennis Point and any response has been slow and completely unhelpful. They advised us to raise the issue with the courier company. However, under the UK Consumer Goods Act, our contract is with Tennis-Point and it is incumbent upon them to resolve the issue by replacing the racket and requesting compensation from the courier company. They have refused to do this. I would urge anyone thinking of buying from this company not to do so.

Do not order from this website. THREE WEEKS I have been waiting for my order. They don’t even know where it is. I want a to cancel the order and be refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM TENNIS PONT
