Delivery etc fine. Products fine but had to return. Returns system misleading and seemingly impenetrable. Sorry to say I won’t be using the company again. Still haven’t managed to print a returns label. Third attempt now…
UPDATE: Company's replies had gone into my Junk folder; they emailed me a returns label and in the end did everything right. Having thoroughly dissed them I'm now giving them 4 stars. And I would use them again.

I am really disappointed by the website.

I ordered 4 tennis rackets from Tennis-Point (Order TP-2448266) and paid 80 euros for shipping all the way to Hong Kong.
When the package arrived, I found out they sent me the completely wrong items:
• One racket was already strung (I ordered unstrung)
• One racket was clearly used/old (not new as advertised)
It’s 100% their shipping mistake!
I contacted customer service, and their response was super cold and unhelpful. They just said: “Please return the entire order, and we will refund you after we receive it.”
Because of their mistake, I already spent 80 euros on international shipping, and now they expect me to pay even more to ship it back? Their attitude is terrible.

As a customer from Hong Kong, this level of poor service and zero responsibility is really unacceptable.

A good selection. And an excellent product. Arrived super fast. Wrapped and secure… you are kept informed and the end product looks exactly what I was expecting

Shocking experience with tenis point! Placed and order almost 2 months ago, order never arrived and no refund has been given either. They keep on saying that a refund has been issue which is not the case and this has been happening for the last month! Will have to open a case with my bank in order to trying and get a refund. I highly recommend staying away from this company and order your equipment from someone else.

As a UK customer, expecting to order from a UK site (as it's called Tennis-Point-UK) I have never been so dissatisfied with a company.
1. I ordered several pairs of shoes, and was given a 3-5 day delivery window. The delivery took 9 days, and therefore could not receive the parcel. Despite being a £700 order, I paid for delivery.
2. During the time, I contacted Tennis-Point multiple times to check if the delivery would arrive in time, and they took 4-5 days to respond to an email, and seemed unbothered and unconcered.
3. This is partly as the goods come from Germany, not within the UK.
4. As I could not receive the goods, they had to be returned in full at a cost to me.
5. On organising the return, the label itself is incorrect on the site - it only prints the internal slip, not the shipping label. Tennis-Point-Uk have been entirely unhelpful throughout the entire process.
6. To top it all off, apparently, I may not even receive the full refund.

In short, it's not an exaggeration to state the whole experience was one of my worst as a customer of any company.

This is the second time I have used Tennis Point, the product comes from Europe so delivery can take up to 7 days but this time arrived in 3 days .Tennis shoes we pricy but fit like a glove .You gets what you pays for !

The polo shirt was delivered on time and there were no issues with shirt very pleased with the experience of ordering from Tennis Point

Delivery cost is so high when others provide at lowest price

Range of products not so wide choice as usual and really hard to judge the sizes, Have paid £15 postage just to keep a pair of socks plus the price of the socks. Disappointed at the quality of the Nike skirt. Hence return, no option for poor quality as a reason which there should be. Will be looking elsewhere

placed order on line quite quickly. the information about the product is helpful. once the order was place I received notification of its progress. even when it had cleared customs. down side was waiting for the delivery firm, who advised the were aware of the order, took 3 full working days before they advised they had it. I realised it would arrive when I would be away so advised of delivery day I would be there. this worked fine.
