Avoid TennisHQ – misleading product listings and no customer service.

I ordered a HEAD Speed Pro Legend 2025 racket, clearly shown and advertised as strung. What arrived was completely unstrung, the exact opposite of what I paid for. This isn’t a small difference — it’s misleading customers.

I contacted TennisHQ immediately with photos and proof, but received no response at all.

A reputable retailer would fix a mistake like this straight away. Instead, TennisHQ left me with an unusable racket and no way to resolve the issue. If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, it’s simply not worth the risk.

My advice: avoid TennisHQ and buy from a trustworthy seller who stands behind what they advertise.

Originally ordered a head Speed mp from TennisHQ but gave them a ring to ask if I could change my mind if the racquet was not strung yet. As it wasn’t, I then got refunded from my purchase very quickly (24hrs) and opted for an head extreme pro which I deemed more suitable to my game style, got a very nice deal on it too which was very welcome too. The racquet arrived well packed a few days later and in excellent condition. Im coming back to the sport after a long hiatus but I can’t fault the stringing job either. The racquet feels crisp after the few hits I had with it. I found TennisHQ to be very responsive for any inquiries you might have and seemed knowledgeable and confident in providing personalised info to their customers which is a big thumbs up for me. I would not hesitate to use them again and hope to get the same experience next time.

Delivery was 1 day later than it originally quoted - but I'm almost enitrely certain that it was the couriers fault.
