I absolutely loved everything about my purchase. The inventory had a great variety to choose from. The prices are competitive and it was an ease to purchase. The package came quickly, within a week. It was double boxed which was great protection. The package included everything. I will definitely purchase again!

Don’t waste your time or money on these products, I bought a 20x30 green weekender tent
Asked before ordering if I could use ratchet straps to hold the tent to the stakes and was told I could and even sent over the full details of the ratchet straps to make sure they were the not going to cause problems. Got the tent 2nd week of May set up as soon as it was received Called to get phone help on setting it up talked to Mathew and one of the owners Mark and asked if ratchet straps were okay on the tent again and they both said it was fine, by memorial Day we set it up again for the 2nd time and had problems with the tent leaking water, stitch coming apart and the seems coming apart reaches out to the sales rep and called the company and was told the ratchet straps were to blame and I was to blame that they weren’t post to be used with that tent. They offered little to no help, send a repair kit, me send the one I have back and they send the same thing back but not to use the ratchet straps again that cost $180. for the ratchet straps or upgrade for $900.00 Pulse shipping old tent back and the upgrade tent. Asked if the owner could call me they said he would call me that day the next day after I called again they said he was in a meeting and then I get a text message at 5pm on Wednesday asking me to call when I had time, I called and Mark said he’d do some digging and get back to me that night or Thursday morning it’s Saturday. They don’t want to be bothered with the problems that accrue they just want you to buy there product and enjoy cheap materials I was going to by more from them but after this I’ll never buy from them recommend them to anyone or anything other than bad reviews on anything I can find should have read reviews on here first before I bought anything it’s horrible reviews and the same BS from them “we’ll do some digging and email you”
Here’s my advice don’t waste your time money or stress on this BS

Product was all tore open on skid. One window section looks to be a used section w grass and bugs. Brown color to it and small holes in window panel. Waiting to hear a response from the company over this issue. Pay a lot of money for something new and get something that is wore out looking

They went out into their warehouse and looked instead of relying sole on a computer screen. That is truly customer service. Couple that with fast delivery I would recommend them.

I ordered 5 stakes and only 2 showed up. Late. Packaging was extremely poor.
