The tarp I ordered was 30' x 30'. 30' x 25' would have been perfect for the job, but a little too much is better than a little too little.

Paid extra for 3 day shipping took 5…
Paid extra for 3 day shipping took 5 days, I just ordered some side poles and not happy with the product. Have to drill holes in them and put pins in them very loose fitting and will just fall apart in any amount of wind on your tent.

Good quality but minor defects
The tents were good quality and the shipping was quick, however, one of them had small pin holes in the cover.
*UPDATE: After reading our review the company has taken action to correct the defects. They have provided fantastic and prompt customer service!

Bad service
Bad service, waiting too long to get answers. I'm working with Jesus on get an answer about a pool liner for a unit that i brought from a third party and manufactured by you. Jesus was very good but you guys take so long on gave him answers about availability. I brought the slide liner for the same unit and took almost 2 months on get answers and pay for it to receive it. You need to do better on customer service. Actually i talk with Noel as well for the slide liner and after couple emails he never reply back with an answer.

I apologize that the wait time for answers has been longer than you had hoped. The problem is that each liner is custom to each particular unit (so slide liner A won't work with slide B). On top of that, some old units are just not supported anymore. So we have to research each unit individually and then have a new slide mat manufactured for the unit. Add on top of that the fact that COVID-19 has put additional strain on the system, and you'll understand why replacing a slide mat is a lengthy process.
If you are in need of any other slide mats, please take a picture of the ID panel on the front of your slide and send it directly to CustomerService@tentandtable.com and we can look into the order for you.

2 months and no refund
I had a defective item and was patient about it. I called everyday to get this resolved. They had no problem with taking more money from me but hesitating to refund on the defective item. I have been talking to them for almost two months and I still have not received my refund. I feel like I have been dragged along about the item. I bought the item at the beginning of March and it is now the end of May. They blame the covid 19 but two months is unacceptable for no resolution. I have my own business and I would never lag my client or customer like that. I was very interested on buy my bouncers and other things from them but after this I would not. I am a loyal person and when my trust is broken there is no going back with me.
