I needed a replacement articulated pole for my 20 year old Khyam Igloo tent and found exactly what I needed at tent spares.

Really good information on the website meaning I could find exactly what I wanted. Quite an achievement with so many similar, small products. Delivery really quick and well packaged. Recommend as this site saved me buying a whole new set of tent poles!

We needed 3 tent poles which snapped in the summer storm. It was so hard to find the right replacements, but a quick call to TentSpares with a very patient customer service lady sorted it all out very quickly and the bespoke poles arrived in 3 days, and fitted the tent.

Our 7+ year old original tent poles were damaged after camping in very high winds. We needed to replace a couple and decided to bite the bullet and replace the whole set for a cost of almost £200 on the basis that we would get many more years out of our tent. The first time we used them on another (less) windy weekend at a festival several just snapped causing the whole tent to collapse so we and our kids were left with no tent! We had to abandon the tent so will now have to spend several hundred pounds on a new one. We could tell when erecting the tent that the new poles were much flimsier than our previous poles. We contacted Tentspares who basically just told us that the poles were thoroughly tested so not their problem. Refused any kind of apology or refund. Definitely would not recommend this company. We now have to buy a new tent (and poles).

Bought 2 poles for my tent and they turned up within 4 days to Scotland. The poles are as good as the ones I lost. The poles were wrapped nicely. I had emails and tracking info. 100% happy customer.

Ordered replacement fibreglass pole parts on the Sunday, they arrived on Wednesday as described and well packaged. Standard delivery was nearly a fiver but still cheaper than driving to the store and collecting myself. Time will be the overall decider on the quality of the replacement parts but as it stands absolutely no complaints. PS remember when cutting fibreglass to wear gloves and a suitable face covering😁👍

From the first phone asking for help and advice, to the speed of the repairs, the updates and progress reports to the shipping of my repairs can only be described as 1st class, utterly professional service.
They are as good as it gets…

I was 1st in line on a phone call and waited for 15 minutes without an answer! And having to listening to the same repeated, mans voice as a waiting system drove me crazy.
Seems like the camping world does not work in September.

Fantastic service, I wanted a Ferrule for a tent pole.
They were able to identify the exact part immediately and it arrived the next day. The lady I spoke to was fantastic. This will be my first stop for anything else I need.
