I have never been more exciting about testing, if not because of TestIO. I have learnt and fell in love with testing due to my cross path with TestIO.. It is a beautiful place to learn, work ,earn and even grow your testing skill.
Hello, everyone. I have been working with test IO for more than half a year. I want to write about a few positive aspects:
1. The platform is very loyal to non-native English speakers. They allow you to use a translator. If a bug report is valuable, team leads will usually help you edit it to send it to the customer.
2. The platform does not delay training, new modules are added gradually, and you are already working.
3. Invitations come immediately after a short training. You participate on an equal footing with experienced testers, and you can gain useful experience by studying bug reports from other testers.
4. Respectful attitude for both beginners and experienced testers. Always answering questions.
5. Timely and decent pay.
6. Large community and lots of interactive activities.
TestIO is an amazing company that provides job and learning opportunities to everyone interested. Doing so in a completely stress-free environment, giving people the option to work from anywhere and at any time. They have a very well-developed platform with an intuitive design and a self-explanatory interface. If you're thinking of becoming a tester, don't hesitate - jump in with both feet! You'll love it!
It has been almost 2 years since I joined the Test IO platform. This is a really a good chance to earn money and get experience in QA testing. I tried different similar platforms and I must admit that Test IO is the most comfortable and user friendly. I can see some negative comments about the Onboarding here and I really can't understand. Just read, make sure you fully understand the rules and then start testing. I think Onboarding courses reveal how motivated and hardworking person you are. I believe that Test IO Academy + wish + effort are enough in order to pass the Onboarding process and become successful tester by time.
As a beginner, it was very easy for me to get involved in the testing process itself, the community helped me with onboding. The work itself requires at least care from you. if everything is done according to the rules, then everything will be fine and the career of a tester will go up
I have been working with Test.io more than 6 months. I was new to this QA field my instructor suggested 3-4 platform to work with and I created account on 3, I failed at 1 passed at 2 but only working with Test.io because this platform is so user friendly to start your QA journey with.
Also I couldn't understood what to do in other platform. 😅😅
Hello, I created my account long time ago but due to personal reasons I wasn't active in the platform, I became active few months ago and my experience so far has been amazing to say the least. I feel very comfortable in testIO. The TLs are really good providing very detailed explanation to my bugs and not just to the rejected ones but also accepted so I can improve and be better for future tests, I think TL Miguel and TL Charlie are the best ones, when you participate in their tests you feel like you are all just a big family and I like that feeling. Overall I'm satisfied with testIO and planning to continue with the platform for a long time now.
Hi 👋
My name is Ajay. I’m working as freelance tester on this platform for almost 3 years now and i’m very happy doing my job.
At beginning stage I got many rejection because everything was new to me and had no such experience before. During my onboarding process “Academy” articles & “Support Team” help me a lot to understand and pass the process. Then reading test instructions carefully, learning from rejection, observing other reports, communicating with TLs & other team members helped me to know more about testing.
Now a days all important information are available on “Academy” which are very helpful and regularly updated. Community updates & all other important discussion are directly available via Discord channels. I get various new projects daily based on my reliability & quality score. I receive my requested bill by the end of the month.
Community team members are very supportive and always available for any help.
Thank you Testio for this amazing opportunity.
It’s very difficult for beginners, I’ve been trying to test there for about a month, I already see that the attitude of team leads is biased. 90 percent of bugs are accepted from long-standing and experienced testers. I have the same bug, exactly the same design will not be accepted in 90% of cases. Very embarrassing and frustrating. Individual team leads such as Victor simply do not respond in the chat like snobs. They would already be sitting with their old testers, why should they accept newcomers, only I wasted time on them

My Experience with test IO has been excellent from the day I signed up on their website. I created an account, and passed the onboarding courses/tests within a little time. Then I started getting real tests of real customers paying real money. I was very happy to earn my first penny from test IO, and i got my earnings in my bank account within 3 weeks after the month was over.
test IO is a legit platform with great work opportunities paying a decent amount of money.
I’ve been working for test IO for last 3 years and to be honest this is the best working experience I’ve ever had in any company because of the following factors:
+Fair payment policy and testes are oftentimes compensated for their time via bonus, paid activity sessions etc besides regular payments
+Flexible work load as you can join test cycles based on your own availability
+Frequent number of test cycles everyday so there’s a lot of work on the platform to do.
+Strong community support via discord which helps the new testers to quickly onboard and learn about testing.
+Useful study material for learning about the practices in Quality Assurance
+Competitive Environment as testers are periodically ranked every season based on their performance.
Some of their TL like victor, luis are so bad that I don't prefer to work when they are around. I can't say its the best platform to work with. But its ok. The payment is real and comes in time. But really some TL are so incompetent that will force you to quit test when they are around.

Honestly a waste of time, submitted exploratory assessment bugs 3 times, coming up with flimsy excuses each time. .It is like they are preventing you from even becoming a tester. Just avoid only if you have time to waste.
I don’t know why they don’t accept valid reports and mention the failure reason of suspicious activity. Only these days!
I took Functional Bug Reports assessment today. 4 reports submitted and all reviewed as failed. Except the first one, the reason for failure is the reports are not my own work. The reports are 100% my own work. I am frustrated that I got those fails with stupid reason.
I am currently working with this site.amzing experience. I earned €400 to 500in just 3 to 4 month.i received my payment on time.responsible support community and TL's.100% deserving 5 stars.
I signed up to become a tester for Test IO, and the only email I received asked me to submit as many documents as possible from the "acceptable list" (which was an attachment) and which included drivers license, passport, residence permit, etc, and it said the more I submit, the more I will be paid. I immediately deleted the email and my account. Nothing about that seems right, I've never heard of testing sites paying for your personal documents.
This is the worst crowd testing platform ever. Test leads are unprofessional and rude. They don't know what if bug.
They reject valid defects and the reason they give is unacceptable. You provide video evidence, they say video is lengthy even for 20 seconds video. They reject every bug. No matter which format you give, they reject the bug. Looks like scam company taking credits for others work. avoid this scamster company and look for alternatives.
The review system is very bad. The TL and reviewers will literally reject your valid bugs. Even if you have all the evidence then also you will get the bug rejected.
In single word the review system is a "SCAM".
Other crowd testing portal are way way better.
