Scammers!

Took apart my done controller to repair, said they were unable to repair it. Took somewhere else to repair of which have been advised they didn't put the parts back together in the unit including snapping cables off the motherboard.

Do not use their services!

Did exactly what was promised, I posted my console, Tfix received it - fixed it - sent it back, all in a short period of time at a very reasonable cost.
Would recommend.

Great service!!! I had my sons switch fixed by purchasing the ‘ one price to fix all faults’ I was kept informed every step of the way. The switch was repaired and returned to me within one week and was as good as new. I now have one happy little boy. Thank you for the service, I would highly recommend 😀

I ordered through eBay a thermocouple welder : second-hand, came 20% of the on-line price of a new one. I received it one day later, even better condition than advertised on ebay, and it works fine. The invoice was missing, I contacted Tfix directly and that was solved in a friendly manner in two minutes. Just for the purchase experience I would recommend TFix warmly. But there is more...
I discovered afterwards through the TFx website they have for project to repair electronics, so it is not thrown out and wasted, but also can be proposed to others at lower price. This makes a lot of sense, an obvious necessity in a society of waste. And you can feel when in direct contact with the company that people working there are motivated by a human project. And this is a second reason to support TFix !

Wish I had known about these guys sooner. Posted my son's Switch on a Friday afternoon, received it back all fixed by the following Thursday.price was as quoted and much cheaper than buying a new one. Great customer service, able to track progress and I would highly recommend them.

Good communication throughout. Nice easy setup for sending my DJI controller to them for repair. Cost was exactly as quoted - not cheap, but way cheaper than a new phantom! Works 100% now, so well pleased

I took in my Akai APC 40 mk II for repair of a broken USB port. I was told that TFix doesn't usually repair my musical hardware. In saying this, Thomas who served me took a look anyway. He repaired the APC 40 and didn't even charge me! Fantastic service, fantastic outcome!

I was very impressed with his professionalism and overall service. I needed a new hard drive and new internal computer fan. Tfix gave me a review of the issues concerning my laptop, the expected turn around time, and the cost. I was able to pick up my computer within a couple of days. Runs like new. I highly recommend.

If I could give no stars I would. I took my MacBook Pro to have the GPU taken off and a new one put on at a price of £250 at the time I was told by an employee that the computer would last a couple of years with the new part. The computer lasted about 3 months and then I was experiencing the same issues that I was before the repair was completed. I then took the computer back to TFix at the earliest time possible and after making the 200 miles trip and travelling to Micham the owner claimed my warranty had expired, even though I phoned to confirm it was valid. The owner then claimed that the computer was broken again and needed the graphics card replaced again and I would be charged again. If you are thinking about using TFix's services think again.

I sent my graphics card to them but things didnt work out. They sent my card back plus a refund. I can't ask for more than that, and I'm thankful for the work they did. Even though my old card is broken at least I tried to get it fixed before getting a new one. Tfix deserve the high score they have now.

I went to Tfix with my son's Switch which had a broken screen. I was rather anxious , especially as a middle aged woman who knows nothing techy but all my worries were alleviated. The premises looked professional, the young man was very proficient when I dropped off the switch. The whole process was very smooth. I could track the progress and they contacted me when it was done. My son came with me to pick it up and to check it - all was good and has been ever since - and has a guarantee. I would definitely use them again.

Great service and communication. After having an accident with my drone it was collected by them, repaired and posted back within a week. Very happy customer.

Used TFix for a Mavic Pro repair after a crash.
The repair was quick and well carried out.
The only fault I can find is they are a little expensive but then these things aren't cheap to fix commercially
