Drone repair
Had my drone repaired. Excellent service. Very straightforward company to deal with, and I am very pleased with the speed of response. Top rate. I hope I don't crash my drone again, but if I do it will be straight back to TFix.

I live in France and looked for…
I live in France and looked for professional company to get my PS4 hdmi port replaced. Found TFix online and decided to use them, however, the problem was they were in London. So, during my holidays at my cousin's house near London I took my PS4 with me and went to TFix for a repair. I brought my console in the morning and it was repaired late in the afternoon. Extremely happy with a service, thank you!
Recommend in a heart beat! Thank you SO much!
My trusty Early 2011 MacBook Pro died on me the week before last. After running straight to Apple with it & being told it was considered "vintage" and not repairable due to a likely GPU failure I turned to Google.
A link took me to a YouTube video of TFix performing repairs on this exact failure, but to say I was nervous to put my MacBook Pro in the mail to a completely unknown firm in London is an understatement.
I emailed to get more details & Ausrine put me at ease. Boy, am I glad I went with TFix!!! A local Apple Authorised Repair firm told me it would be £700+ subject to them even being able to get ahold of a new logic board.
TFix kept me updated at every step with emails, texts, an awesome little dashboard to track every step of the diagnosis & repair... I couldn't be happier!
And the price? All in, £250 (inc VAT) with overnight shipping to and from.
Ausrine & everyone at TFix - thank you SO much! You have one very happy customer in me :D
Mavick Pro Repair
Hi I just sent my mavick pro in this week for a part camera repair, they quoted me to replace the flex cable, gimble cover and gimble lock at £137 after the evaluation and sent me a profoma invoice. They have just called me today to say the whole camera needs replacing and it will now cost me £327. I do not trust these guys!!! It sounds like someone inexperienced damaged the camera possibly while fixing it and they have asked me to fit the bill. The Managing Director I spoke to did not seem to get that once a quote is sent you have to honour it. From reading another review I think I am being scammed. I even offered to split the difference but they were not remotely interested in discussing this.

I dropped off my drone at TFix for a simple vibration board replacement and paid the £95, but after they started the work, they told me it was an additional £130 for repairing motors and cables that were not even broken. Scammers. Felt like i was held to ransom. Do not trust these guys.

Lack expertise
Tfix's expertise is highly questionable. My Macbook Pro with a GPU fail was assessed as being 'beyond economical repair'. I was told 'our engineers suspect logic board failure', however I'm advised the GPU is part of the logic board, so obviously if the GPU has failed, so has the logic board. They quickly offered to recycle it - but thankfully I declined. It has subsequently been fixed by Maple Computers for around the same fee as Tfix (i.e. obviously not beyond economical repair). Tfix haven't been rude - but their claims regarding their service leave much to be desired. I wasted £50 on transit and assessment and had I taken their advice would have wasted a great deal more. Always seek a second opinion!

Would happily recommend TFix to everyone! Good honest business.
Great, quick service
I don't usually bother leaving reviews but had to here as I was extremely happy with their service. My PS4 suddenly stopped playing any games, they would constantly spin and stop and come up as unrecognised discs. Called Tfix and the lady I spoke to was able to immediately identify that it was a laser issue from my verbal explanation. Took it in on Friday, by Tuesday had a text to say it was fixed and ready. Have just got home and lo & behold it works perfectly. Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic Service!
Fantastic Service!
I needed my DJI Mavic Pro drone fixed within a week for a big job I had already been half paid for. It was extensively crash damaged, and needed an arm, the camera and gimbal replaced.
I took it to TFix, had a quote by the next morning, and it was repaired and delivered to me by courier with 3 days to spare, with information sent to me to put my mind at rest every step of the way.
I did the job, got paid and my drone is as good as new.....Happy days!
Ausrine was professionalism personified, as was the work done. I would be a fool not to recommend TFix to everyone who needs them, and I'll definitely be back there upon returning from Hong Kong to get both my DJI Ronin-M and Osmo X5 Pro fixed.
Outstanding service!
Many thanks to the team Tfix for the assistance and understand my need for a repair on a such short time!
A big thank you for the sweet and polite Ausrine, for the patience in answering all my questions and the outstanding customer service.

My Phantom Drone was suffering from water damage ; TFIX received my drone and evaluated the damage and sent me a quote within a couple of hours. Once they had the parts they completed the repair within a couple of hours! They also upgraded the camera to a 4K camera at my request for a reasonable price! Ausrine the project supervisor was polite ,helpful and showed good customer service!

Graphics card
I've send a PC graphics card for fixing but the video-card turned out it was working fine (my the monitor was the problem ) so it didn't needed any repairs whatsoever, I still paid 99 pounds and later received a cheque on the same amount.
