I had ordered some sizes of a particular bridesmaids dress but one of the sizes I needed was out of stock. The customer service team were so helpful in tracking down a dress in the right size and letting me know it was ready to order. Really good service and the dresses that have arrived seem to be lovely quality and all true to size.

I ordered 2 of the same dress that were different sizes, as a possible bridesmaid dress. The dresses, although they were meant to be the same, did not match in colour. Many of the threads on the dress were loose and some had come off altogether. Very poor quality dresses. I returned the dresses 3 weeks ago and have not heard from TNFC London or received any discount. It was expensive to return the dresses and the cost is not covered. I will never order from this site again and recommend shopping elsewhere!

the dresses i ordered in sage were far darker than a sage colour but the dresses were beautiful, i sent them back by royal mail tracked and heard nothing so emiled the company and they checked and said they were delivered and the refund should be with me by 12th sept if not email them,i shouldnt have to email, its now the 10th and not had a refund so hoping i dont have to chase the company on tuesday , i paid by paypal so im hoping its returned the same way as 3 weeks as in working days, along time to wait for a refund,i cant buy dresses untill the money is back in my account

I found my dream bridesmaid dresses on the website and was lucky enough to be able to order them all at once with no hiccups at all.

All dresses were true to size which is fantastic (and rare with most brands) and I had contacted customer service as I had some additional questions. They were super helpful and answered all my questions within a day.

Would use this brand again and again.

Needed one dress to match the other bridesmaids as one had gone up a size. After weeks of being out of stock I emailed and they went above and beyond and found the last one for me to purchase. Saved me so much stress!

Excellent service, I emailed them as the size I needed was showing as out of stock they replied in a day and advised they would check in the warehouse, the next day they emailed to say they had found one.

5 star for TFNC London, the staff bent over backwards to help with an issue I had with ordering my bridesmaid dresses so I could get my order in time for my wedding!

Great customer service team, had issue with sizes 2 months after ordering and they still managed to come up with a solution to help us out. Would definitely use again and will recommend to friends and family

I recently made a last minute order or a Wedding. Unfortunately due to my late night Friday ordering (and not reading the small print) the dress wasn’t dispatched or delivered in time so I am unable to comment about the dress.

However, the customer service team was incredible! They contacted me to ask me if I still wanted the dress sent, we thought it would arrive before I left for holiday so I said yes. Unfortunately (thanks to Royal Mail) it wasn’t and then I was away for a long time. The company were excellent with communication and understood my situation and said they would still refund my parcel even outside of the return window. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here in the future.

After buying 2 bridesmaid dresses and waiting for one of my bridesmaids to try it on, I decided to send them back. However, I'm still waiting on a refund that I sent 4 weeks ago. I have had no communication that the parcel has been received.

Still waiting on a refund it's gone past the required 14 days since returning the item and have heard nothing even after chasing. Would not reorder from this site.

The dresses are lovely but I still haven’t received a refund for the items I returned. I’ve waited the 14 days like they asked and still no refund. I’ll be claiming the amount back through my bank now.

I have still not received a refund and am concerned that I will not get my money back. I was told I have been refunded but have not.

I am really happy with my experience with this company and would recommend them. I recently bought some beautiful and well made bridesmaid dresses. The website stated the size 8 dress was out of stock so I purchased a size 6 and emailed them asking if the size 8 was in stock. I received a reply very quickly saying it unfortunately wasn't, a few days later I received another to say they had found one in their warehouse and asked if I was still interested. They waited for me to be available to purchase it before they added it to their website and happily returned the larger size. Thank you so much, I know my bridesmaid's will look stunning in their dresses.
