I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses from this company. Only 1 arrived, I had to contact the company multiple times to chase up the missing item, it took just under a week to get a response only to be told (slightly rudely) by both their social media team and customer service team on email, that they’d already apologised and I hadn’t responded, which wasn’t true, or I wouldn’t have been chasing them up. Turns out their email to me bounced back, but I didn’t get an apology for that confusion.
The customer service team were helpful in the end, refunding the missing item and helping me re-order as the dress was now out of stock, but took a while and some chasing on my part and the original response wasn’t helpful.

Great for bridesmaids dresses! It can be difficult ordering your dresses when your party need to try on different sizes, and people will be trying them on at different times. I ordered multiple sizes but unfortunately one did not pass quality control - and then they sold out online. TFNC extended my return date, so that I could order the correct size when it came back in stock, and could return the incorrect sizes. Thanks TFNC!

Amazing Customer Service at TFNC. I had 5 of their dresses for my bridesmaid which I bought a long time ago...pre covid. I needed to get a dress in a larger size and it was out of stock online.

In came a stress email to Customer Service praying they may have one stashed in the back....unfortunately not but 24 hours later I received an email saying one was coming back as a return and they made it available online!

Saved the day! And has definitely made me feel like I can rely on their service!

Great customer service - I had a panic as one of the dresses was sold out and half of my bridesmaids already had theirs. Customer service really helped me out here and managed to sort out other alternatives.

I had a stock alert on a particular item and was currently desperate for it as for a wedding coming up very soon, I thought I would just email customer service to see if by any chance they knew if they were expecting stock of the item so I could stop panicking and was pleasantly surprised to receive helpful communication back! Thought it would be a generic response but I was so wrong!
The customer care team advised me they had one item back through returns and if I would like it they would put the item online so that I could purchase it. Multiple emails back and forth to confirm how it would work and answered all my annoying questions! Honestly they couldn’t have been more helpful and were really speedy with responses!! Have now ordered the dress I was so desperate for and it’s on its way! You guys are incredible and really friendly! You really helped a girl out at a time in need! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely diabolical service. Returned item on 11th May with the returns label they provided (48 hour tracked) and still yet to receive a refund. Ordered similar products from another company that stock their goods and returned items exactly the same time, using same method and got refund within days of returning. Currently out of pocket on bridesmaid dresses that were ordered. Won’t be using them again.

The customer service for TFNC London has been the best I’ve ever experienced! Nothing seemed too much trouble, super speedy response over emails and I’ve been really grateful with their help for extending a refund time period and for finding a spare sage green bow for one of my bridesmaids dresses. Thank you for being amazing and helping out a stressed bride to be!!

I was needing a size 6 of one of the dresses for one of my bridesmaids but anything under a size 20 was out of stock. I emailed customer services who advised they’re not due back in stock for 12-18 weeks. 18 weeks would have been the week of my wedding so I was slightly panicking however the amazing Robert kindly found a size 6 in the warehouse from a customer return and waited for me to be available to then add it to the website for me to be able to buy-which I now have.
I am so so so grateful, thank you Robert you have been such a lifesaver.

Had an emergency with one of my bridesmaid’s dresses right before my wedding. Emailed TFNC & they responded and kindly found me the size we needed in their warehouse (there was 1 left!) and listed it for me to buy. They then ensured it was posted out next day delivery so we received it in time.

The customer services team got back to me immediately regarding an out of stock bridesmaid dress. They were very polite and helpful - they checked the warehouse for me and allowed me to purchase the dress the same day which has been the best news!
It's wedding season so there is an issue with the stock levels, but I couldn't fault the team, they have been great and responded to me very quickly.

I couldn’t recommend them enough they were fantastic from start to finsish.

My sister order 10 dresses for her bridesmaids In January and one size was out of stock. I emailed them directly and they was able to reserve the size for me and put it online ready for us to purchase.

We now have all the dresses ready for my sisters big day and the stress is over! I wanted to send them a thank you gift for everything they’ve done but they wouldn’t let me but I get married next may and I will be certainly using them again to buy my dresses!

Very helpful customer service. They responded to all my emails within 24h and even take back my return although the 14 day return deadline was already over.

I had a dress bought which was a size smaller as i intended to get into it which was pre covid fast foward 2 years and the dress no longer fits and is now almost 3 sizes smaller unless i found the same dress in a bigger size which they were sold out online i could no longer be a part of the bridal party wedding had been rebooked after contacting customer service they informed me they may have some in the warehouse and would check for me i now have the dress in a bigger size that fits perfectly and i can now enjoy being a bridesmaid thank you so much to whoever was on the opposite side of my emails you helped me out of a tricky situation and appreciate all the help you gave.

Beena was brilliant! I needed an extra dress for a wedding however when I ordered the colour was different to the original ordered. Beena confirmed the shade had changed however physically tracked down a dress in the old stock in the size I needed and got it sent out straight away so I got it the very next day and it was perfect! Thank you so much, you worked wonders!

Sent two parcels back 2 weeks ago for a refund- despite having proof of delivery I’ve not received any update on the refund. They’re not responding to emails, and their phone line just rings and cuts out. I’m getting married soon and need the money back to re order the dresses in the correct colour (from a different company!!!)

Customer service has been fantastic with TFNC London. A representative called Beena has been fantastic from. Beginning to end. I ordered a dress which was too small. I sent it back next day. I emailed Tfnc to let them know. Beena was so friendly and helpful and efficient I received the refund so quickly without any problems at all. I have now re ordered another size. Thank you so much for all of your help. The best customer service I have received in a while.
