I purchased a dress online from TFNC on 30/03/2023. The dress arrived quickly but was too long, the dress was returned to the seller the next day using the RoyalMail prepaid label provided. The return parcel arrived at their address on 11/04/2023 but there was no confirmation emails or any emails at all to let me know when to expect the refund. A week has past so I contacted the customer service to which they replied that they did receive the parcel but according to their T&C it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. I waited until 28/04/2023 and still no refunds, I had to get PayPal involved and retrieve my refund through them. Please be warned, I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service, have been so helpful with my bridesmaid dresses. Ordered them over 8 months ago and then had a bridesmaids announce she was pregnant. They allowed me to hold on the the original dress until we were sure it wasn't going to fit. Even though it was months later they offered a full credit note, I have now ordered 2 new dresses in 2 size so I'm ready for bump changes and they have no problem with me returning the one we don't use. Really helpful throughout.

Ordered dresses from the website for my bridesmaids. One of the dresses didn't fit so was returned the next day. Dress has been received by the company over three weeks now and still no refund has been processed. Have contacted the company several times and customer has not been helpful at all. One reply to numerous emails. Would not purchase again.

The customer service team are amazing. I asked for an extension on returns because I was buying bridesmaid dresses and needed a bit more time to get my bridesmaids together to try them on, and the team were so accommodating! They replied to me quickly and have been super helpful and friendly. The dresses are such a fantastic quality too, and I’m so happy with how they will look on my big day this summer! I have just ordered dresses from TFNC for bridesmaids, really impressed with the quality and really happy with them.
There was one dress that was out of stock in the size I needed, customer services were quick to help me and located extra stock in their warehouse which was quickly sent to me. Really impressed with the service.

I was a bit skeptical about ordering from TFNC London as I hadn’t heard of them before. But the bridesmaids dresses have arrived and appear to be good quality (better than ASOS design range).
We did have a mishap where a dress wasn’t delivered from the order, but the customer service was excellent and helped get it delivered quickly.

Just note that you generally have to pay for delivery (unless there is a promo code on), and returns can take a few weeks - but this is all stated on their website clearly. And this wasn’t an issue as we knew upfront.

I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again, as the person I was emailing from customer service really was amazingly helpful and put my mind at ease. They also have a great range of bridesmaid dresses, and for someone who needed sizes ranging from 6 to 20, it was one of the more inclusive websites.

The customer service went above and beyond, while I was tracking down the right sizes for my bridesmaid dresses. Super speedy and very helpful responses - I would highly recommend TFNC!

I bought a dress from tfnc, it did not fit well so I sent it back within the 14day time frame stated. I have emailed the company and not had a reply nor my refund. Appalling customer service.
Update 17th November
The company did get in touch and I did eventually receive a refund . This was approximately 4 weeks after I purchased the dress.
The company assured me that they emailed me previously but I only received emails from them after I had left this review. I did find the process long and tiring. Clothes may need to be returned for a variety of reasons. I felt overall the savings made on the cost of the dress did not make up for the time consuming process getting a refund has been. Other online companies have a more efficient process but if TFNC has the colour and the style you need then I'm sure this will keep customers returning.

TFNC London is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!! Struggling to get all the sizes for my bridesmaids and the dress in question is being discontinued. They checked their warehouse stock and found me some sizes!! Saved the day!! Quick and efficient and I couldn’t be more grateful. Dresses are fab and such good quality at such a reasonable price. Colours are beautiful. Really impressed with the communication and customer service especially as they didn’t have to go above and beyond. Thank you!!

We ordered some dresses from TFNC for my bridesmaids to try on. Unfortunately, one of our bridesmaids got COVID so we couldn't meet within the 14 day returns period. I contacted the customer help team who responded quickly and were more than happy to extend the period by a short time to enable us to try them on. We tried 6 different dresses from different shops and boutiques and TFNC's dress won in the end. The quality and shape was brilliant and the bridesmaids all looked beautiful. I would definitely recommend them and am really grateful for their help!

Ordered a beautiful dress but received the wrong one, emailed customer service who were amazing and very quick to respond. A refund has been sorted. The dress that came was still stunning and the one I ended up with was beautiful, great quality and an amazing price!

Customer service was fantastic. They really helped me one week before my wedding and I needed a replacement dress. It was so easy and quickly sorted out. Communication was great!

Honestly the best customer service - paid for my tracked return costs thank you. Dresses are absolutely beautiful too, can’t wait for my bridesmaids to wear them! All need taking up, but that’s much better than any being different lengths :) true to size I would say, highly recommend.
