2 years ago, I brought 6 bridesmaids dresses, which I never got to use as my wedding was cancelled due to Covid. I’m now due to get married in 8 weeks & 1 of my bridesmaids needed a bigger size. I ordered & when it arrived it was a slightly different colour. I contacted Customer Services & Beena was so incredibly helpful trying to find the dress in an old stock in the same colour. My order arrived today & it matches my old dresses. I’m so pleased, thank you again so much Beena for all your help & very speedy responses.

I returned a item however I was not hopeful for a refund as I lost my receipt and tracking number however when I emailed I got quick responses and my item was found and I was refunded quickly great customer service really impressed thanks again breda!

Free delivery but got charged customs and importation to Ireland. Just a warning for anyone from ireland who may be ordering. Had to pay €35 on a €137 order

I have to say I am at my wits end with this company!!! They do not reply to emails customer service absolute joke also their website says items in stock and when you try and order just replies requested amount not available I have now a very distressed daughter who cannot get the other 2 dresses she requires for her bridesmaids.

I ordered some bridesmaids dresses from tfnc which didn't suit, I returned them and after waiting a couple weeks still didn't receive my refund. After emailing Beena in the customer service team she helped locate and process my return, as anyone was unable to do so before as the returns note was not included. Great customer service

Beena is so good at what she does - efficient, friendly and understanding. She went above and beyond for me- even though me and my bridal party were the ones who messed up on sizes, thanks again Beena!

I received my bridesmaid dresses however they were darker than the ones I ordered previously. I was dreading trying to sort this out. However Beena was so lovely and went above and beyond to look for the dresses in the original colour and luckily they found them!!!!!! Communication was great as well. Seriously 10/10 service. Thank you so so much again for resolving this issue

Outstanding customer service received from Beena. I had bought my bridesmaid dresses pre Covid and with the wedding approaching and new sizes needed, panic set in when the shades did not match. Beena was amazing and managed to find the size i needed in the old stock and arrange for it to be packed for my order. I couldn’t believe how helpful she was and she truly is a credit to the TFNC team. Thank you so much!

Placed an order for bridesmaid dresses. They took the payment and I got no order confirmation email, contacted them twice to ask for this they kept insisting they have sent it and I have never received it (it’s not in my junk mail either).
I received the dresses. The dresses were pleated - two of them have been that screwed up in the bag the pleats aren’t even in the dress anymore - they are just flat in several parts. The dresses weren’t any good and needed returning - but no returns label. Had to contact them again advised I don’t have access to a printer and I specifically checked a label was included. Was sent a link to print my own label which is absolutely useless to me. Was told to get someone else to print it. I have no one else to print me a label. Don’t see why they can’t send me a label when it’s their error there’s no label.
No phone number to ring them. Absolutely useless and would not recommend - especially if you think you will need to return as unsure of size etc.

Refunds take a while but completely worth it for the quality and price of the products. Customer service was excellent! Highly recommend!

Bought my bridesmaids dresses here & they were brilliant to deal with, so helpful & friendly. I had ordered a couple of different dresses as the one that I really wanted was out of stock. I was then notified when this dress came back into stock & Beena was so helpful & kindly allowed me to return the other dresses. Fast delivery & returns process, thank you!!

I have ordered my bridesmaid dresses from this company and have received amazing service every step of the way! The website was very easy to use, the dresses were dispatched very quickly and I’m really excited for my bridesmaids to try them on. Unfortunately, after falling poorly and having to self-isolate, I was worried about my order, but Beena in the Customer Care Department was ever so helpful, kind and reassuring. I really can’t recommend this company enough and am very thankful for everything they have done to help me.

My daughter sent you an email yesterday at 8.30pm. She has not received a reply. She has bought 3 bridesmaid dresses from you. One of them has a faulty zip. She needs to discuss returning it to you. The paperwork with her order gives 2 different addresses for returning items. You do not answer the phone. You do not reply to emails. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. Please contact my daughter, Georgie Manktelow re order number 1000096245. The 14 days runs out in 2 days time. (however she only received the order 5 days ago)!

I bought 5 bridesmaids dresses from tfnc which were gorgeous and great quality. I went to order a 6th, and unfortunately this was lost in the post by Royal Mail and when i went to reorder, the dress was sadly out of stock. Beena went above and beyond to help me get hold of a 6th dress in the right size so that i could have 6 matching bridesmaids! I can't thank you enough for all your help, emails always promptly responded to and customer service is great. From reading below reviews, i think the majority of people who are complaining just need to read the returns policy properly before ordering. Thank you!!!
