I am trying to send this company the below email to the email address it says on their website (it wont let me type the email address in this review!!) but it just says the server is not valid and wont let me email them, there is no phone number either. So could you please respond to me on here as its quite frustrating. I just want my money back please….

I am just chasing up the refund of £58.50 for order number #1000095560. I posted the item back to you on the 21st Oct and I have checked the tracking number with royal mail (QQ379994454GB) the parcel arrived back at your warehouse on the 25th October which was 8 days ago. I have tried to attach images/proof of this but it wont let me. I havnt had any emails to say my £58.50 refund has been issued yet, Could you tell me how much longer this will be please?

Very poor refund process

Awful customer service, I genuinely don't understand how they operate as an online retailer. The quality of the dresses is good and they are reasonably priced, but the returns process is an absolute joke. It seems this company hold onto your money for as long as physically possible before refunding, that's if you get refunded at all. No acknowledgement that they have received your parcel back, they don't seem to know where it is or what was in your order. They 'hope' that you receive your refund within 14 working days and blame your card issuer if not. Really not up to standard to compete with other online retailers in 2021. Save yourself money and hassle and if you must buy these dresses, buy them via another online retailer such as ASOS.

Returns process abysmal

Returns process abysmal - is this even an online retailer? They have no means to let you know your returned parcel has arrived or timeframe of the refund. Contacted the customer service via email, as their telephone number is clearly a dud, was asked to provide the details of what I had returned after giving my order number? Customer service seems to be run by one person whom gave the same reply "We don't send email notifications for returned parcels. It can take up to 14 working days after we receive your parcel for any refunds to be processed". Don't recommend to shop here if you are looking to browse/try on dresses as it will take over a month to get your refund and you will have to actively contract the customer service to get any sort of update. Also they charge for delivery so couldn't even get that back despite the overall poor service. Better sticking with buying from ASOS for this brand.

When looking for bridesmaid dresses we contacted them on Facebook, email and Instagram and never heard back as well as making several phone calls that just rang out. Now reading the reviews, it’s seems getting back to people is not their strong suit so would avoid using them as it’s not worth it if they can’t respond.

No contact for returns. Awful.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

No contact for returns.

Have emailed the ‘info@…’ email address on three occasions about a return that I have tracked back and can see you received on 17 September. I know you’ll respond to this review saying ‘it takes two weeks to refund’, but it’s been two weeks. I have raised a dispute with PayPal and will be getting my money back.

It’s a shame as your dresses (12 years ago!) were great. The quality has gone right downhill, as has the customer service. Awful.

Helpful customer service

I placed numerous orders and sent various dresses back however I was missing a refund on one of the orders. I emailed and dealt with Beena who was really helpful and responded quickly and efficiently. It turned out to be an error on my part however the refund was still processed in a timely manner. Very helpful and the quick responses were appreciated.

Excellent customer service by Beena

I had ordered a bridesmaid dress back in March for a wedding in a couple of weeks time. I tried it on a few days ago and found it didn’t fit. I emailed customer service and spoke to Beena who was so understanding and granted me a return even though it was out of the 14 day return period.

Frustrating poor service

I’ve been told this afternoon ‘
The one I can’t find is the #ordernumber the Halannah whisper pink.

I will still look for this return and hopefully I can find it soon.’ This is the second return I’ve had to chase because it’s been nearly 4 weeks and nothing from TFNC in regard to a refund. I don’t believe a customer should have to chase returns or wait for it to be ‘found’ which I also thought was a strange comment - how has it been lost it was sent back tracked? Very strange, frustrating and disappointing service from TFNC. I had to order from here for a specific bridesmaid dress not chosen by myself but I think needless to say I won’t be ordering again after this offputting experience and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else unless you like to be sent round in circles with your refund withheld.

I recently received an order from this company that turned out to be the incorrect item

I sent an email looking to for a returns label in order to return theitem

When I provided pictures of the dress which was quite similar to the one I ordered but not exactly the same the customer care representative kindly refunded me fully and also said I could keep the dress I received because of the inconvenience

Would 100% recommend. One of the best customer services I have encountered

Excellent customer service from Beena, she was able to give instructions for repurchasing a dress using a credit note online.

The website needs some development to better help guide the experience if there are limitations on the platform.

My bridesmaids’ dresses were returned, because I was never notified by local post office for claiming them. I received the full refund and a warm and polite e-mail from Beena. Excellent service:)

I had to return one of the bridesmaids…

I had to return one of the bridesmaids dresses I had ordered because of a faulty zip. Beena was incredibly helpful and helped me with the refund process. I received the refund quickly and was able to order another dress. The dresses are excellent quality and the customer service I received was great. I would recommend this company to anyone, thank you so much Beena and TFNC, Beena is a real credit to your company and it’s rare to find someone with such polite customer service skills

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic! I returned bridesmaid dresses late due to my ever-changing/cancelled CV19 wedding and TFNC were kind enough to accept the returns and give me credit plus the communication was excellent - by far one of the best companies I have dealt with for customer service - the responses are quick and personal. Beena is an asset to the company and has been really helpful/a pleasure to deal with so deserves a special mention. Thank you Beena/TFNC for making a potentially stressful experience a positive one.

Excellent service & assistance

Excellent communication, quick delivery and gorgeous items. Chose standard delivery 3-5 days and items arrived 2 days later!
I asked to change my delivery address, which was actioned swiftly. Parcel was held up during dispatch and Beena followed up to make sure it was dispatched on time and to the new address.
All communication was replied to and in such a friendly, professional manner.

AVOID: Disgusting company and customer service

I've made my order on the November 29, 2020, today is the 9 February and I didn't received the order and no refund from them. Shipment #1000070732, track number - RV646845433GB.

I wrote to the customer service in January but still received no answer. They are ignoring me.

I've lost £52.32, if you don't want to step into my shoes - avoid buying from them. I recommend to shop with ASOS or Little Mistress instead. They have good customer service and provide a quick delivery of goods.

Lovely customer service

Lovely customer service! I was concerned that a returned parcel might have gone missing in the Christmas hols (Royal Mail, not TFNC's fault), and they were so nice and helpful- resolving for me quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again (and the dress I have kept is a beautiful bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding). Great value and gorgeous clothes.
