A week before the wedding I had an issue with my bridesmaids dress. I messaged the customer service team about my issue and Beena from the team was amazing. Even though I had purchased the dress in March they resolved the issue to ensure I wasn’t without a dress for the big day.
So helpful, they made something that could have been so stressful so easy!

Bought bridesmaid dresses from TFNC which were good quality, but didn't unfortunately suit all my bridesmaids. When I sent my return back tracked I didn't have my refund straight away. I emailed the company to chase it up and Beena was very helpful in sourcing my returns and making sure the problem was resolved very quickly.

Ordered my bridesmaid dresses from here which are beautiful, lovely material and a great price! Had a range of sizes sent to try on and customer service were so helpful when I needed to exchange one. Beena was always so helpful and quick to reply to any questions. Really appreciate it and would definitely order from here again!

I bought my bridesmaid dresses from TFNC, the quality was brilliant but also when I emailed customer services to ask if they had a specific size, Beena was brilliant she was so helpful and prompt at replying. Would definitely recommend!

It's such a shame that the customer service is so bad as the dresses are really nice. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from here and initially when I ordered we were trying out some dresses for styles and sizes and had to return ones that weren't suitable. This was done a few times and each time is was a complete headache. A month after dresses returned there was no communication and I had to chase each return up every time. This was before Covid also so the delays cannot be blamed on that. The company were great in that they allowed me to exchange dresses purchased in January for a different colour as my wedding date changed due to Covid but I even tried to sell the credit note online rather than deal with the hassle I knew I would face trying to buy and return with them again. Beena was always pleasant and helpful to deal with but the impression I got is that there is not enough staff to deal with the orders coming and going. I wouldn't recommend using TFNC due to the hassle but the dresses are good quality so as I said, a shame.

The dresses themselves are amazing and brilliant prices. But the customer service is absolutely outstanding!! I was missing a dress from my order so I emailed late on Wednesday night, Thursday morning I had an email and with emails going back and forth - being picked up nearly immediately- the dress is now on its way to me and will be here by Saturday. Thank you so much to the company and their employee Beena for sorting this so promptly.

Recently purchased my bridesmaid dresses from TNFC - one of them was slightly different colour. I emailed them and they made sure they sent out a dress from the same batch so it would be a colour match.
Customer service was so helpful and friendly. Thank you again!

Nice clothing and sizes fit perfectly. The order was processed very fast and received in a reasonable time. Customer care is very responsive and helpful.

Great customer service with processing returns

I recently ordered a number of bridesmaid dresses (in a range of sizes) and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Due to COVID-19, delivery took a little longer than expected; however I received quick and helpful responses to all of my emails. Unfortunately, one dress was missing from my order. I emailed TFNC and they immediately issued a credit, advised me to reorder and had this dispatched on a next day service. I dealt with Beena throughout and found her to be super helpful, friendly and efficient.

The dresses are also excellent quality - I was pleasantly surprised! They look beautiful.

I definitely has a great buying experience with TFNC London and I can’t wait to see my bridesmaids in their stunning dresses at my wedding!

Appaling service my partner returned 2 bridesmaid's dresses on 28th January 2020. She has emailed several times and provided all tracking numbers that you asked for for. The tracking show that the returned items were received on Friday 31st January 2020. Numerous phone calls that do not get answered and no further response to emails. She still is still yet to received a refund.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states:
Online, mail and phone order sales
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.

You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.

'You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They don’t have to provide a reason.'

All items were returned withing the stated time frame and a full refund is required to be issued!

Really disappointed with the customer service, which is a shame as the dresses are lovely and were delivered very promptly. Ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses on 19/1/2020 but unfortunately they weren't right for my bridesmaid - I returned these well within the 14 days and am still awaiting my refund for £100! I emailed chasing this up and received a reply asking for my tracking number, which I replied with but then never heard anything back - I then chased this up with 2 further emails asking for an update and still havent heard anything back. I have tried calling the customer service number provided many times and it just rings and rings and eventually just drops out. Appalling customer service and disgusted that I am now £100 out of pocket! Avoid this company unless you are 100% sure you wont be returning any items!

I recently made a purchase with TNFC for a number of dresses for potential bridesmaids outfits. They were beautiful dresses but unfortunately did not fit with the brief that the bride required so I had to send them back.
Due to some unexpected ill health and a hospital admission, I was unable to send them back within the 14 day period.
I contacted TNFC and quickly received a reply to say that my refund would still be accepted. Fantastic customer service. Thank you.

I ordered 4 bridesmaids' dresses on 8th of February ( #100077876 ) and since I paid with my credit cards, but used the address of one my bridesmaids, I received a mail from them that my payment didn't pass their security check and they need Authorisation code of the transaction in order to send those.
I messaged back with that code and since then I haven't heard anything from them. The money are withdrawn from my bank account and I've been trying multiple times to contact them via mail or phone, but with no success. I think I'll never get my dresses, nor my money back.
In case any of the Tfnclondon team actually read this, please, reach out to me and answer back.

Returned my dress within the 14 days and I haven't had any acknowledgement that they have received my item. I have emailled them 3 times with no response. No refund as of yet! Avoid.

Ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses, good quality and arrived quickly from ordering. Gutted we had to send them back as dresses were great and this is when the problems started...14 day refund 'policy'?! 14 working days from the day they receive good back, nothing to confirm they'd received and now have to wait 2 weeks for my money back. Poor experience and won't be returning to their site or spending money with them again. Shame for them as they have good products but be 100% sure you're going to keep the purchase, the refund process is just dreadful.

It was my first time ordering with TFNC and everything has been smooth and simple! I ordered two dresses and they both arrived quickly and in great condition. Their customer service team have been lovely and were incredibly helpful when it came to returning one of the dresses (as it was too big). Had a positive experience and would definitely recommend to a friend/use again.

I recently purchased 6 bridesmaid dresses from TFNC. Fast delivery and any questions were answered promptly. I had to return two dress due to sizing etc, however the returns process was efficient enough. I returned within the 14 days requested and received my refund approx one week after sending the dresses back. Cannot complain about their service.
