NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! TFNC London have this primitive policy that does not entitle international for shipping refund cost! Therefore purchasing a £200 dress means that you cannot return the item if you don't feel it does not fit your expectations. And if you do return the item, you have to incur the cost yourself! Completely ridiculous considering that shipping refund cost is a standard practice for all online fashion shops. I've taken this up with their customer support but they did not budge. Never again!

I ordered 2 dresses to Germany. Shipment (expensive!) and productquality were quite ok. The dresses were beautyful but unfortunately they did not fit at all, so I returned them within the deadline (also expensive!). This is now more then 2 weeks ago. I did not get any acknowledgment of receipt till now. I wrote 3 mails and asked for a refund, but no answer. I can only incisively warn you not to order here. Worst Customer Service ever. Last option seems to be having a good lawyer. This is sad! I want my money back!

I ordered a dress on their website. Arrival in time but closing in broken back. So I sent it back with the return form and I have proof that it was received. It's been a week now, still no refund. For two weeks I send them emails that remain unanswered, I do not know what to do ... In short to avoid at all costs !!! The dresses are good but the customer service is more than catastrophic ... Excuse my spelling errors I am French.

Never trust them - they lie and don't answer you mails - worst service. They said I couldn't send the dress back (live in Denmark), but it doesn't appear on the website and when I confronted them they didn't answer my mails. I sold the dress online.

Don't trust them.
They never reply email.
I chose 1 star because there is no option for Minus!!!!
REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bought 4 dresses from this company which i ended up returning. Called them to chase a return to which they replied unless i give them the Royal Mail tracking number they won't be able to help me?? Apparently they have no way to match a return with an order number??? Absolute rubbish if you ask me. Then told me to wait at least 2 weeks and see what happens??? I might add the order was nearly £200.00!!!

I cannot express what a great company this was to buy from, I bought x6 Bridesmaid dresses (various sizes), they arrived next day, I then finally got round to my bridesmaids trying them and they were stunning, however one girl needed a smaller size. So I called TFNC customer service (yes they actually have a number you can call!) and they sorted a smaller size and set up a simple exchange (even though it was past the 28 days exchange policy) they kept me up to date once the replacement dress was dispatched, absolutely seamless customer service! Could not recommend enough!

I found the PERFECT maxi/prom dress on the site. That is first of all a plus, because I was searching for a very specific color which I could only find on this website. The dress was listed as being available in sizes S, M and L, so I was ready to order the dress in my size.
However, when I pressed the correct size it said "not in stock" and that I could write my email to get a message when it was back in stock. This is both a good and a bad thing. The bad thing is that the dresses are listed the way so that you will think it is available in all dresses, and it is not until you press them you can see which ones are actually there. That is not good. Also - I wrote to them to ask if the dress was going to come back in my size, and then I got an auto answer which let my know that I would get another answer within 48 hours. I just did not get that other answer, which was frustrating. This is a minus too.
However the good thing is that I wrote my email so I would be contacted when back in stock, and they did what they promised. I was contacted the minute the right size was back. So I hurried and ordered the dress, and I came 4 working days later! And that is to Denmark! I am very pleased about the shipping! That's really good!
And now for the best part - when the dress came... I fell in love!! It was SO beautiful, and it was exactly like the picture said. I was not cheated at that point. Furthermore - I had measured myself to know what size to choose, and I want to complement them for the assurance of their measuring numbers. Very accurate! The dress fitted 100%!

So all in all, such a great shop with beautiful dresses and very good information and shipping time! This is even though there are still some elements which can be improved..

I ordered a dress one day, and tow days after I got it ! very fast delivering!! I also write to them trough e-mail, and they were very kind.
i'll recoment this site to everyone who wants nice dresses for parties - very beautyful :-)

This website is amazing, I can't remember how I stumbled across this but the prices are fantastic, I know other stores sell their clothes like asos but I recommend just going to their own website as its probably going to be cheaper. The dress I got was at least £10 cheaper on their own site. Good quality. Recommend for nice but different clothing
