Gorgeous bridesmaid dress

Ordered dress as a bridesmaid dress. Was gorgeous! Lovely material and out of all we ordered from various places this one was the cheapest but by far the nicest!! Only returned as we needed a size 18 and they didnt have in stock. Fast delivery, easy return. As I was watching all returns I emailed just to confirm got an quick polite helpful answer and instant refund. Refund came within a week of returning. Highly recommend. Will defo be ordering again. Many thanks!!!

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever had. Biggest waste of my time and money, begining to think it is a scam. I ordered express delivery for 5 dresses more than a week ago. Money was taken out of my account the day I ordered but I still haven't received the dresses or any notification of when they will arrive. After spending most of yesterday calling with no response I have sent five emails all of which have been ignored. This morning I received an email confirming shipping and again no delivery date. I won't ever be using this company again and will be telling everyone I know to keep well clear. Such a shame as I really like the dresses on Asos.

We had look at our systems and we received your order on the 20th, we have emailed you on the 21st regarding your payment as it needed additional information, as the company that checks all our credit/ debit card had flagged your payment.
After that we received and email from your regarding your order on the 27th to which we replied stating that we had previously sent you an email asking for the additional information.
Unfortunately the delay was all because we needed this information in order to dispatch your order since the checks are done by another company.

Returned an item within the 14 days

Returned an item within the 14 days, haven't heard anything back, still no refund. Tried to call the customer service number - they don't answer.

Very easy to purchase and return

Very easy to purchase and return different bridesmaid dresses. Had a couple of issues with the zips but dress was easily exchanged and the customer service team were really helpful and understanding of my short turnaround time!

TAKE MONEY BUT NO GOODS.

Worst. Company. Ever.

Ordered my dresses a week ago and never heard anything. Happend to check my junk mail and there was an email about my order being put on hold. THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY but dont deliver the goods. Wanting ID, auth codes from the bank. I refused to send my ID but got the authorisation code for you
..not received any word on my order... you still have my money....what a joke. Sort it out.

Unfortunately the credit/ debit card fraud checks is done by another company and to prevent fraud sometimes they require us to ask the customer for additional information..

I bought 5 bridesmaid dresses from here - I am really pleased with the quality, however their returns policy is TERRIBLE. I probably wouldn't order from them again as their flexibility is so poor around returns.

Happy with the delivery and returns process

When looking for bridesmaid dresses I was a bit reluctant to try this company after reading some of the reviews. However, I’d just like to comment on how much of a good experience I had with the delivery and returns process. I didn’t end up keeping the bridesmaids dresses I ordered, so I sent them back within the 14 days stated. I had an email a few weeks later to inform me that the refund was accepted and debited back to my account. No problems whatsoever 😊 Thank you

HORRIBLE Customer Service

I would like to give ZERO stars to this company. I placed an order 7/24/19 and requested immediately next morning 7/25/19 it be cancelled as I realized how terrible of a company this is and how awful their returns are. They refused to cancel my order saying it was already shipped but looking at PayPal it was not even shipped until 7/28/19 - so that was a blatant lie. Once I received the package I immediately tried to return. I still have not received a refund from them 8/26/19 and I had to pay for the return shipping out of pocket on top of the refund they still owe me. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

As for the paypal sometimes it takes a few days for the tracking number to be updated on paypal but we can see clearly on our back end system that your order was dispatched even before we received your email.

Pleasantly surprised

Having read reviews on here and seeing that comments have been disabled on their Facebook page, I was hesitant about ordering from TFNC. However, I saw some bridesmaids dresses on the website and they were exactly what I was looking for, so I ordered some and they arrived two days after I placed the order. I then placed an additional in order to have additional sizes to choose from - these also arrived within 2 days. The dresses were a much better quality than I was expecting and my bridesmaids loved them so I kept those that were required and returned a few in 2 separate orders via Royal Mail using the 48 hour tracked slip that was supplied with my order.
Having read reviews, particularly those about customer services and difficulties receiving refunds, I made sure that I kept proof of postage and every single email linked to my order. I sent both parcels on Monday 22nd July and, to my surprise, received emails confirming my refund for one on Wednesday 31st and the other on Thursday 1st (the difference in date was most likely due to Royal Mail accidentally sending one to the wrong location initially). Whilst many companies have faster refund times, I was genuinely just happy to receive one at all based on previous reviews.

My only hesitation about giving 5 stars is that despite being satisfied with the order and return process, if I had a problem with TFNC I would be concerned about it being responded to. I did have to email them once as I was unsure about how to send the returns back without having to pay postage myself (I did then find a prepaid label which I had missed in the package) yet, to date, I have received no acknowledgement of my email.

Overall I am satisfied, but I do believe there is truth in previous reviews and would be cautious about placing an order.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 but that wasn’t an option.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I sent my parcel back in the middle of June as it was the wrong size and they are refusing to refund me. They don’t even look at the returns label you put back in the parcel with ALL your details on. I have spent £200 and just wasted £50. The customer service staff are saying it’s my own fault basically. I have never ever had this issue with any other company and I never write reviews!

So incredibly disappointed!

Looking through the other reviews I can see that they do look at returns forms just not mine.... strange that! Clearly don't want to give me my money back!

Don't care about their customers at all

I ordered two dresses, one ha da broken zipper. When I sent it back, I had to cover the entire costs of the return fee. Which is against the law and also untrue to what they say on their website.

Customer service ignored my question and in the end my emails. I would not recommend to order from them as they clearly do not care about what their customers think and if they are satsified.

Same story, have returned all my items on 21/05, but still nothing to be heard from TFNC. When try to reach them nobody picks up the phone or answers emails. If only I saw these reviews before I would have never ordered from their website, total scam!

Blatant Scam.. SHAME ON YOU tfnc london

What a scam.. We ordered a number of dresses as bridesmaid options, but they were all too short! We paid for these dresses to be returned, did not pay for signature on arrival (was already costing enough!!) That said Australia Post gave us a tracking number which confirmed each of the 2 packages arrival in the UK. We spent close to 5 months in email conversation with this company & have yet to receive a refund! We are without dresses & are out of pocket for the cost of dress & cost of returns.... They are nothing short of scammers & please learn from our loss of hard earned cash... DO NOT order from this company. They should be shutdown & not allowed trade, horrendous!
We move on with our wedding planning & write off the cost lost as a learning experience but SHAME on you TFNC ..dreadful dreadful business model

We had a look at your case and unfortunately the receipt you provided it doesn't allow us to track your parcel as it doesn't have a tracking number, nor it shows our address on it.
Unfortunately there is no way to see where the parcel was lost as it never arrived to us.
The best thing to do is to contact the courier you used in order to open a claim as the parcel was never delivered to the recipient.
The only way for us to provide a refund is to first receive the parcel with the items back.

Horrendous - avoid like the plague

Edit: Because I can't reply to their most recent comment. That's a lie. It was sent through the post office but as I informed you, the bridesmaid who sent it back lost the receipt. What was funny, was that when I returned another dress prior to this, you also used the same excuse of needing a receipt which I provided and only then did you refund. This is the same experience as lots of other people.

Horrendous - avoid like the plague. Like others, used for bridesmaid dresses - sent the dress back and they are claiming they cannot find it and refuse to refund. have sent multiple emails and they are now ignoring. Will take to small claims court.

Unfortunately the only way for us to check your refund and when we received it is through your proof of postage as we offer free UK tracked return labels with all our orders, and as you stated on your emails you didn't get a receipt from the post office, as it looks like you didn't send it through the post office, and without the tracking number or the receipt there is no way to confirm and to claim that Royal Mail lost your parcel as we never received it

STAY AWAY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses from TFNC online. They arrived and one of them was poor quality in comparison to the other and had a faulty zip, so I sent it back for an exchange. They have lost it so will not refund or exchange the item for me. I am now left with only 1 bridesmaid dress and £50 out of pocket, I refuse to purchase another to make up the matching pair as I do not want to give this despicable company any more of my hard earned money. To top it off (when the can be bothered to reply or answer) their customer service is appalling. They have point blank refused to even look into this for me. Avoid at all costs!

Ps. I had proof of delivery.

unfortunately had some issues as the confirmation and tracking emails kept on going to junk. As soon as i spoke to the customer service and they explained that i got more reassured and found the tracking information on my email.
As I paid for standard delivery 2 days later my Wife's Dress arrived and she is thrilled and loved the dress
