My brewery is located in the United States. One of our most important transfer pumps failed, and I was finally able to locate a hard to find replacement pump at TF Pump Supplies' website through a Google search. TF Pumps offered prompt answers to my questions, even on a Friday evening! The pump was delivered to our brewery in North Carolina by the following Wednesday with international tracking. Pricing for the pump and international shipping was extremely fair. Other vendors; including the pump manufacturer, took a week just to reply, quoting availability out 4-6 weeks and at higher prices.

The help and guidance given by Rob was very good.
The weakness in the system was the use of a chat line rather than being able to converse by telephone. The result was it took 2 hours and 9 minutes to sort out what was best to meet my needs. The day after, a second chat line call of 36 minutes was needed. Both chats could have been done in a 10 minute telephone call.
I would only use a chat line with any company in an emergency. I fail to see how a chat line provides a better experience or is deemed more efficient than a telephone call. If this is driven by the cost of telephone calls then a Zoom type communication in which rapid real time exchanges could take place.

TF pump supplies have a great range of products, they were very helpful. The only one thing I would say is if their could be some more guidance for international deliveries on your website that would help the overseas purchaser.
