I asked to self exclude on 4 separate occasions and each time a ‘VIP’ manager contacted me to offer cash rewards and asked me to ‘hold on a little longer and not make any final decisions’. The customer support team are the most useless and unhelpful team I’ve ever had to deal with and are now ignoring my emails. Beware and stay away. Since 2024 with curacao license TG was fast growing, trustworthy and instand payouts. It looks like the management changed. They are now just criminals. You can deposit and play, but if you win the block you and confiscate winnings wirhout letting you know any reason. They are in costa Rica and feel safe there.
