They rejected every single document without real explanation, and kept repeating the same copy-paste responses:

Even after they explicitly told me it’s acceptable to submit a bill under my landlord’s name.

They’re just wasting people’s time, rejecting documents no matter how accurate or official they are. This feels like intentional obstruction or even an excuse to avoid account verification.

I’ve now documented everything — messages, screenshots, files — and will be filing complaints across multiple watchdog platforms.

If you're considering using this casino, beware:
You may never be able to withdraw your funds, no matter how many documents you provide.

Platform is okay but needs more payment options beyond crypto. Not everyone wants to deal with Bitcoin wallets.
