The team at TGA were very helpful throughout the purchase of my Whill C2 powerchair. It’s an expensive purchase and I wanted to be sure it was right. They were very patient, knowledgeable and visited me at home on numerous occasions to demonstrate how it works. I’m very happy and would absolutely recommend them.
TGA is an excellent company and I thoroughly recommend them. We have had two scooters from them now, one new and one used, and are completely happy with them. The after sales service is very good as the staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Really love our power pack for our son's wheelchair. It's been a real game changer as he was hard to push before. Service was professional and it's always easy to speak to someone on the phone without having to wait. It was a simple process from ordering to delivery.
Although there is a backlog of receiving power packs from abroad at the moment due to world issues, TGA got my husband a wheelchair power pack as soon as was able. A gentleman travelled miles (5hour round trip) to come & demonstrate how to work & connect the pack. Would definitely use them again if we need anything in the future.
They will rip you off financially at every opportunity. Faulty goods, poor customer service and constantly charging for repairs that they didn't do right in the first place. Needs a consumer check and ombudsman intervention.
TGA made a good offer for my old (and quite tired) Whill, and I'm very pleased indeed with my new one. Efficient delivery to my home and very helpful man came to show me the new WhillC2.

I already have a battery for my daughters wheelchair but i needed a spare so i didn't have to charge it overnight. i was amazed on how fast the delivery was.

TGA Mobility collected my Vita Lite on 22 July 2024. They have still NOT RETURNED it as of today 24 November 2024. They are ignoring my calls and my emails. I have complained and no one replies. I cannot begin to say how devastating this is.
Just had change over for my mobility scooter, am very happy with my new one and the ease of changing them over.
Carl delivered the new one and took back my old one and dealt with all the necessary paperwork, very efficient service, also received follow up call from TGA Mobility to check everything was ok with the new one
