I recently bought a TGA Whill C2 direct from TGA mobility. I’d seen one in a local mobility shop, but the warranty was minimal. Since it was expensive, I felt it deserved a longer warranty.
I’m so glad I went direct.
The service was excellent, answering all my questions and offered 3 years warranty.
The Whill C2 powerchair, although expensive is worth every penny. I’ve tried several cheap powerchairs, wheelchairs and scooters, but none really suited my needs.
From the minute I set eyes on this beauty, I knew it was right for me. Apart from the first few journeys where I was nervous, It didn’t take long to feel at ease.
I’ve been stopped by several strangers, asking about the chair, especially the amazing weird front tyres. It really is amazing. Just as you’d expect from TGA

Just completed a purchase of a Breeze Midi 3 from TGA Mobility. The process was dealt with extremely efficiently, nothing was too much trouble and all dealt with cheerfully by all members of the team involved who all understood my needs. All communication was timely as was the delivery.

My sisters mobility scooter is stuck in the fold position, there's a problem with the battery but we can't get to the battery because no one knows how to unfold it.sent these people a email asking if it can be unfolded .no reply they just don't care.

I have just received my new Breeze S and it is superb. TGA have been fantastic throughout. Their service is up and above anything. The staff are so helpful and are able to deal with any problems or issues. The new style model is such a great candy red and the new all in cover is easy to use. There is just one thing that I would like to see is the addition of a windscreen wiper. Everything else is just fantastic. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a new mobility scooter look no further than TGA. Thank you.
I recently needed to stop driving due to health issues but needed some form of transportation to get around and so decided to exchange my Motorbility car for a disability scooter!! And so I contacted TGA in Farnham who were very helpful, They asked if I had looked on the Mobility website to see what was available and agreed to visit the next day and bring the two models that I was interested in. At the arranged time next day they were here with both models, explained fully all necessary information in regard to each scooter ensuring that I understood everything they were telling/showing me and then I got to road test each one. I decided on the TGA Breeze S4 in Red which they informed me was a new color and was very nice ! We then set about filling in the paperwork and I was surprised to discover that my road tests were not only for me to feel the comfort and ease of use but also for them to ensure that I would use / drive it safely on both pavement and road roads. I found this very reassuring as I felt safe in the knowledge that they ensured both mine and others safety! Once I had signed all forms I was informed that I would be getting my lovely red scooter within a week ! Sure enough it was delivered just six days later, once again they were extremely thorough reminding me of everything we had discussed previously and then informing me of the insurance and maintenance details and what to do in the event of a breakdown ect. I cannot praise the TGA team enough the whole transaction was handled so very smoothly, expertly and in a very friendly manner! At every step they ensured that I understood what I was being shown and what was going to happen next. Hey treated me with respect from start to finish and I felt very cared for which is most unusual these days. I can honestly say that I will never go anywhere else in the future as no one could ever better the service / treatment that I have received from the TGA team. Thank you all you are the very best. !

I recently purchased a WHILL C2 Powerwheelchair from TGA mobility. A representative from the company brought the wheelchair to my home showed us how to assemble and disassemble it and accompanied me on a short trip up and down the roads in our area. This was all at no extra charge. Infact, It was explained to me that if I was not happy with the wheelchair I was under no obligation to buy it. I am very happy with my Whill C2. It has much better suspension than my last wheelchair which was a WHILL C the previous model. The new C2 model has a lot of aspects that are improvements to the original model making it even better. I have very limited mobility and rely on a wheelchair totally went out of the house. We have two large dogs and I love to be able to go out with them to parks, which I find is much easier with my new C2 because of the increased suspension.
The company always tries to help; whether technical advice, spare parts or information. Very pleased with my mobility scooter which is now 8 years old and kept running well with all the help I am given. Latest advice was about a recurring fault which had a totally unexpected resolution! Great!
TGA after 2 home visits and then taking my scooter into the workshop still have not addressed a charging fault. I'm very disappointed with TGA Mobility. My scooter is back home and is still not fit for purpose. I'm paying monthly for a service which unhappily I'm not getting.
