Woody in customer services and Harry the TGA engineer went above and beyond to help me. My mobility scooter wasn't working correctly and Harry explained that it was going to be extremely expensive to fix, so much so I could actually buy a reconditioned scooter cheaper. Harry sourced a reconditioned scooter that was actually only 1 yr old, still with a 2 yr warranty for a brilliant price. Woody called me the next day with the lovely news, that all reconditioned models were going into the sale, so therefore saved me another nearly £500. Honestly I couldn't recommend TGA enough

This i my 2nd TGA BREEZE on mobility scheme.The Breeze is sturdy and an easy ride..It has some great features eg front box above the headlight..large cargo box at the rear for carrying shopping..the footplate can manage some larger items..boxes of dog food ..there are 2 cup holders..2 outlets for charging phones etc...all in all good.
The Breeze can cover a range of terrain ..paths and offroad..
1 criticism...if you are a night owl...invest in front & rear cycle lights for safer protection..the headlight is a tad dim but ok in an emergency.
as this is my new iteration of Breeze..1 month in...i can only say so far so good but as i was happy with No#1..imma take a punt at No#2..will be better

This is a continuation of my extremely negative review of tga new products dated 02/08/2025. I contact them demanding a full refund on the 02/08/2025 making my legal statutory rights very clear giving them 14 days to respond. I heard back from management very rapidly, agreeing to my refund and they collected the scooter for free on the 07/08/2025. They took a little longer than the 7 working days best practice to give me my refund. So I emailed and gave them warning of my willingness to take court action through the small claims court. An easy and cheap option, available to start online. I prepared the online paperwork just in case. The law is 14 calender days after receipt of the item for a refund to be received in your account. I get the feeling that I would have received my refund without this warning email, but I can't say for sure. My end feelings about tga is they are an honest company who are currently choosing to buy or make inferior parts for their scooters. I would not buy a scooter from them currently but would consider them again in a few years depending upon how people have reviewed the longevity of their products over the intervening years.
As of right now I know, as I asked the engineer that visited me, they currently only have 3 travelling engineers to cover the whole of the UK. Which would concern me, given their current quality issues....
I honestly wish them luck.
TGA is a brilliant company very helpful and really polite I would recommend them to everyone I give you 100% service and the same to all the staff at the office and the ones that come to the house to pick repair and take away old and deliver new scooter thank you so much

Bought a WHILL-R mobility scooter from TGA MOBILITY found the experience to be extremely good. I had plenty of time to check to see if the scooter was right for me. I enjoyed a go anywhere road test and any questions I had was answered professionally . Very pleased with my choice of scooter and the company I bought it from
22 days to reply to my email requesting the cost of a replacement part. Considering this company deals with disability equipment I would have thought their response would be a lot quicker. Not for the first time.
They did very well with getting me through the paperwork I had to sign and delivered my mobility scooter shortly after on the day they said they would.I had a trial ride before I made my decision and that was as planned as well. I'm on the road again!

Wayne is very pleased with his new scooter. I think there was a little issue with some screws to do with the top box, but says he spoke to someone about that. Otherwise everyone is very nice and helpful. Pleased with the company very much.
the scooter was delivered and everything was explained to me. I have used the wills scooter and I am very pleased with the way the scooter handles. It breaks down to go into the boot easily and is put together quickly. Four miles per hour on a battery charge is fine and love having the app on my phone. The basket is a bonus.So it is a win win with the will scooter.
I'm hearing impaired and despite telling you this on my order and requesting contact by text/email you still phoned me to set up delivery which was a struggle. Also, I saw nothing at all about a 25% off sale in August although I placed my order on 30th July. Took a long time to save up for this as my mobility allowance is only £30 a week.

Since then I have continued to try to make contact with TGA via phone and email but have only had one response to say they are sorry about the lack of response to my enquiry. They appear completely disinterested in the issues I have encountered with the Zest Plus , indeed I think the scooter I have falls well short of the description given by TGA’s product brochure. Posted 26th July.
Ordered from website and it was delivered the next morning. Exceptional service
