I bought my Breeze Midi 4 from TGA in 2018 and have been very satisfied with it. The only repair it has needed was a bad puncture to a rear tyre late in 2023. It does exactly what I need. Yesterday I was startled to find that it wouldn't move though fully charged. I emailed TGA and a very helpful man suggested that I press the reset (I hadn't realised or perhaps forgotten that there is such a thing!). Happily that did the trick. Happy to recommend the company.
The team at TGA mobility were great.
I dealt with Jo on the phone and she was friendly and helpful.
Greg came to fit the power pack to our wheelchair and he was friendly and informative and nothing was too much trouble.
Follow up has also been good checking everything was ok.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending TGA mobility.
Ordered replacement batteries for my scooter and they arrived next day! Very good service. Also, they were very competitively priced.

The service is absolutely appalling if you return the goods. After over a week of back and forth emails to provide proof of false wording in their advertisement, proof of return postage costs which they were not going to pay even though I paid for the delivery. In essence (paying twice) as well as the hundreds of pounds the item cost. I am now told it can take SIX WEEKS for my refund.
Totally unacceptable. This company is for people to buy items for their mobility needs. The item is expensive and now I am unable to buy a more suitable item for myself until I receive my refund.
Since having the new Breese 4 with rain cover and roof just 7 months ago this machine as been a nightmare, It has worked for jus 3 weeks in the 7 months, each problem getting worse each time. I have a contract with Motability for 3 years and I can't wait to give it back!
The customer services have been economical with the truth telling me parts are there, then another saying they're not! Tech people some are abrupt and rude, one telling me to write down how to charge the machine, well I wouldn't know that would I???
I had three years with a Breese 4 that worked correctly which was great, but this one its as if they got lots of old parts and built one giant pile of rubbish(I don't actually believe that have done this, it is just that awful).
So far, its lost power so couldn't go faster than 4 mph then the rain cover zip came off in my hand,
when they finally came with the part for the speed they took the broken rain cover July 23rd, still waiting for that.
Next while waiting still for the rain cover it has developed a terrible squeak and pulls to one side, and it only travels around 3 - 6 miles on a full battery, nothing like the description of 24 to 30 miles.
Another engineer is coming out tomorrow to fix the squeak and replace the battery, but again no rain cover which was the whole reason I bought it.
My advice, it appears that things seem to have gone down hill since I had my first TGA scooter, if I was you, I'd look for something else and read reviews before you jump into buying or leasing them.
I’m super happy with TGA Mobility! The TGA Vita S has been fantastic, and the TGA Vita X is next on my list. The service was excellent, delivery was super fast, and the price was great. I recently purchased new tyres for my Vita S and couldn’t be more pleased. Overall, a really positive experience – highly recommend!
I realised that I needed to change my TGA Vita Sport for a scooter that is also feature-rich and robust but could fold into my car boot. I settled on the Minimo Plus. Steve Porter, with Gabriella's backup, fast-tracked the process to complete the exchange in time to take the Minimo Plus with us on holiday. This has transformed our experience of staying at our holiday home where we have enjoyed many trips out together we couldn't otherwise have done, including some fairly challenging terrain! Thank you for all your help - I highly recommend TGA for both service and brilliant products.

Placed an order for the all weather canopy for my Harmony S4 via the website and paid the requested £566. When I hadn't received any communication as to the status or whereabouts of my product, I contacted customer service, I was therefore dismayed to learn that although my money had been gratefully received and debited from my account the young lady I spoke to could not call up the order, or be able to tell me when I could expect delivery. Both her assistance and that of Woody her colleague in past interactions with TGA have saved this review from a lower rating. I would still continue to support TGA as a brand, but a little more transparency as to the lead time on such an expensive and (to me, at least) vital piece of equipment would have been appreciated as I have a friend wanting to help me fit it and no idea when that might be. Given the general quality,or lack thereof of the British weather, I had hoped to be able to use my scooter during the autumn/winter without the possibility of being damp in places that a gentleman doesn't mention.
I ordered 4 new tyres for my TGA mobility scooter online and was very pleased with your service, they arrived within the week so I could get them put on and was soon out and about enjoying the sunshine

Customer relations was great and helpful and no sales pressure. I had been looking for quite a while and doing research and looked at leasing or bying a new car or mobility scooter and not sure if i could get on with a mobility scooter. My eldest son said get a good second hand one try it then if you like it and get on with it get a new one later on. I am really happy with the one i got at the right price.

This company is great! Charlotte came out to check whether their power unit would fit my brother's wheelchair. It did fit and she demonstrated it and then brought a new unit and fitted it and again demonstrated it to staff. The follow up has been exceptional and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.
