On the phone when you call them its like calling your best best friend so nice at the start you now thay are there for big things and little do not matter you get the all from them my ride needed a lot of work and bill was going to be big but from the start thay lowerd my stress did tell me all step bye step work fast to get my ride back fast txted me updates and called me now and then telling me how things were going my ride came from them long I go tryed others who let me down bad and did bad work but them no it came back as new riding better all things Fixed bill ended up being lower then I planed dropped it at home. 1st ever Bill I been so happy to pay and now booking it in for a service end of year for as long as I have it now and go back to them to have it Fixed from now on and buy my next new one from them as thay sell the best out there just look at them.

Update: I also posted this review on TGA’s facebook page and was pleased when someone commented on it, apologising and saying they’d contact me.
Not only has no-one been in touch, all reviews have been deleted from the Facebook page. That speaks volumes.
A mobility shop managed to fit the new battery but the range has improved only by 0.2 miles. A helpful TGA engineer has now checked my scooter but didn’t find any reason for its poor range. So now I’m stuck with a £2.5k scooter that does only a third of the ‘up to 12 miles’ in its description. I’m really disappointed, especially as the only option left is to take further action.
I hope TGA is proud of itself.

Excellent pre-sales service. I was able to try out several scooters to make sure they could cope with the places in which they’d be used. Settled on the Minimo Plus with the longer range battery, supposedly up to 12 miles on a charge. Huh! Maximum range has consistently been just under 4 miles. When I complained to TGA, I was told to see how far it went and go only that far. As a result, I got stranded whilst out.
As others have said, e-mails and phone calls, even to the CEO (does Daniel Stone even exist?), go unanswered. My Minimo has broken down twice, leaving me waiting for an engineer for 3 or 4 weeks. Finally, after I’d had the scooter a year, an engineer told me the battery fitted is the standard range, 10.5, which is not what I ordered or paid for. Of course, the paperwork shows nothing different and it’s been impossible to see which battery was supplied. After numerous e-mails (with the help of CAB) and phone calls, TGA finally sent me a new battery that arrived immediately before Christmas but a) it STILL isn’t the one I ordered(it’s the standard range) and b) it’s impossible so far to fit it. There are no instructions and no engineers available anywhere over the festive period, so I’m stranded again.
Such a pity - IF it functioned as it should, it would be a great little scooter, as it copes with hills and rough ground admirably. However, with such appalling after-sales service from the company PLUS an unreliable scooter that doesn’t match its description, I wouldn’t dream of buying from this company again and most certainly don’t recommend it to others.

The Scoozy I have got it's out of this world
For a cross between a powerd wheelchair and a mobility scooter it does all that it says it will do the only problem it has is
the battery's they don't like the cold so
when it is cold 🥶 u will not get the average
miles out of it and sometimes it will only go
at speed 2 but when it warms up it works perfectly.Thank u all at TGA for all the help u gave me it's much appreciated 👏

TGA were very helpful from my initial enquiry with Sam, through to Russ coming to my home to demonstrate the autofold. I also had a call after I had purchased to see if I was happy and if I needed anything else. Would definitely recommend TGA and my mínimo autofold scooter.

Extremely easy site to navigate, with all the information required to hand. Very pleasant representatives to hand offering sound advice and practical knowhow. The Rollbuddy rollator purchased arrived by courier well ahead of the predicted time. As for the Rollbuddy, an exceptional product very easy to use and doubles as work surface to work and eat from. I am delighted with my new rollator and would recommend it.

Couldn't recommend TGA enough. Jo has been incredibly helpful with easy communications and Steve was brilliant on our trial visit and when delivering my Whill C2 chair. They were most accommodating when I wanted to trial the chair on terrain that I would use it for mostly and answered all of our questions too. Life has been made more enjoyable with my new chair and I couldn't be happier.

The sales rep was very helpful and friendly and explained how everything worked clearly. The duo power pack is absolutely amazing, pushing my daughter about with her new heavier chair would have been extremely challenging and at times impossible without it. We recently went on holiday to North Yorkshire and we were able to go on many hilly outings together thanks to the powerpack! The most significant location was the fishing village Staithes which had 33% slope, the powerpack was put through its paces and got us back up the hill with ease! It has also made my daughters life fuller because for example the staff at her day centre located at the top of a steep hill can how take her out and about.

Just a big shout out too TGA Mobility for helping us to decide to go forward with the battery unit for my sons wheelchair its just a great product for my sons family to him get out & about in his wheelchair & makes it just so much easier 10/10 & I’d recommend it to you if anybody is pushing a wheelchair.
