Fantastic customer service and help

Fantastic customer service, Emma especially has been so supportive at what is an incredibly difficult time. The shop and the staff have helped me through with good advice and help on multiple occasions and in all interactions with them.

Knowledge and experience counts

From the first phone call to THA it seems like a fast track service that got my scooter on my driveway in four weeks.
Every person I spoke with was a nice and friendly ambassador for the company.
I chose the breeze scooter because to me it seemed the biggest scooter because I’m a big person. The mobility scheme took care of any worries about insurance and payment.
Thank you to everyone who helped me get back into the great outdoors.

Mum's driving

I was worrying about Mum driving after a recent diagnosis so they tested her safety on the road.

They were happy that Mum is still safe on the road which is a weight off my mind.

£600 to replace bulbs

The headlight and Rear indicator stopped working on my S3 Breeze. This company have switched to LEDs rather than conventional bulbs and not for ethical reasons. Before a £20 bulb would fix the issues. Now, they want £70 call out, £45/h for labour, £143.25 for a headlight assembly, £192.00 for a PCB, £14.20 for a rear right indicator, £14.30 for a rear left indicator and £13.20 for each front indicator. The went to lengths to mention these prices were before VAT (no mention of exemption) so the old model would have cost £20 to replace all the bulbs and this mob have made everything proprietary parts so they can charge £600 to get the lights working?!? I think this needs outed in the press. It's disgusting.

We are sorry to hear about the issue with your S3 Breeze. Our service department has tried to contact you to discuss this but hasn’t been able to reach you yet. For clarity, the Breeze S has used LED lighting rather than conventional bulbs for at least 15 years. Our service agent was simply outlining possible parts that might be required based on the symptoms described and explained that it was unlikely all of them would be needed but wanted to ensure everything would be available if a visit was arranged. Please contact our service team so we can help resolve this for you.

Amazing

Farnborough store.
Garry and David went above and beyond in helping me with my chair. As needing a wheelchair is new to me I felt at ease and extremely comfortable. They not only were amazing but they have given me my freedom back. Thank you
