Like many other reviewers, the company will not give me a refund because I had to look at the color by opening the plastic package the hair piece came in. The piece was also very heavy for the flimsy wire that holds it. The piece was never removed from the encased hair netting, but yet the company says it was " used" and refuse to give me a full refund. My order came with another extra free piece that was never taken out of the plastic package. Their return /refund policy states they will refund if not used. They only offered store credit, replacement or 50% refund less fees. I will be challenging and disputing this with my credit card company to get my money back. If you need to return for a full refund, don't tell them the package was opened at all. Better yet, find another legit company that actually cares and adheres to their refund policy.

It arrived quickly and is of good quality. However, my hair is thick, coarse and too short. Doesn't blend well.

Your product and your customer service are both amazing! Initially, I ordered the wrong color. You were quick and willing to remedy my mistake. The new halo was delivered and was a perfect match. Easy to put on. I was amazed at how it stayed put all day. Worth every penny!!

The quality of the hair is amazing — soft, natural-looking, and easy to style. I was also very impressed with how comfortable the extensions feel and how beautifully they blend with my own hair.

My experience with That Hair has been great! Especially customer service! I had some questions and needed an exchange, they responded quickly and were very helpful with my questions.

The first order I did, was not going to work out. I did not do the color match offered, and I should have.

I contacted customer service at their email and explained the hat was not going to work and they had me take photos of my hair and they did a color match. I just got the new ones and they are PERFECT!!!
The match is absolutely perfection!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! #1 The color match is AMAZING! My husband and I could not tell which was my hair and which was the extension hair, once it was in place! The hair is a very good quality, in addition to the fabulous color match. One of the halo wires was missing a comb, so I contacted customer service to request a new wire. Their.response was to advise me they would send 2 new full halo extensions in any length I wanted with no need to return the ones they had sent. The customer service reps for this company are top notch! Never, in all my online shopping have I ever experienced such professional and caring customer service reps, which says a lot about the company. You cannot go wrong with this company. I would give them 10 stars if I could! After my experience shopping with them, I would never shop anywhere else for halos! A++++++ for doing things RIGHT!
