Phase orientation of the moon is incorrect. I approved the text as that was an initial issue. Who thought one would need to proof the moon? They advertise the moon as it appears on a given date. One relies on that representation. The quality is substandard for the price. Customer service hides behind the fact I approved it as perfect - “the text” was perfect. The response from the company wasn’t “how can we make it right?” Now in response they comment I didn’t say how to resolve the issue, but rather I went straight to Google with a negative review. It is ridiculous to say I didn’t offer a resolution when common sense would dictate what they needed to do to fix this. Instead, I got no further reply until I posted on Google, no offer, no positive response. If you spent as much time approaching me with a resolution as you have defending your product, the issue could potentially been resolved. There are photographs by NASA of the surface of the moon during multiple phases from the surface of the Earth. Comparing and coupling those with other lunar services, the error is clear. Upon reviewing your advertisement, I noticed there are stars positioned and incredibly shining through what would be the solid, darkened portion of the moon’s surface - a physical impossibility. So clearly, your product doesn’t accurately portray the moon on a given date. I am certain you will reply, which further demonstrates my point of prompt customer service instead of a period of silence, verses time consuming defensive posturing, could have eradicated the issue.

Yes my wife and I love our custom framed moon from our first date. Everything about it is awesome. The only thing I would suggest is possibly looking into more customizable options which give a serious/classic/neutral look... a lot of the existing options for customization on your website look tacky in my opinion and I couldn't picture myself hanging any other combination of them in my living room for example. I actually feel there was no secondary option for me and that I chose the only suitable combination of options. Very clean print, and polished product overall- satisfied and will recommend.

Amazing picture. Love the quality. Second time buying from them. However times must be tough now since they didn't pay my extra customs fee to Canada. Read the fine print though! I paid for shipping and then had to pay a customs fee again later for my picture to be released from customs by the shipping company. Shocked, I emailed this company saying I already paid shipping and please help. They said read the fine print and that I'll have to pay it or it won't be sent. Other companies have apologized and gladly paid. I would have even paid this fee upfront had I known about it since the picture is great. Rude email I didn't care for. Too bad when the gesture is romantic but they see dollar signs of course. As companies are entitled to do. Put the real shipping fee next time.

From start to finish That Very Night was easy to work with. The website was great: very user friendly, always displaying a proof of what you are ordering with real time changes, and saving our work automatically (really appreciate that). The store communicates well regarding your order, its ship date, and delivery date. Lastly, the quality of the print is fantastic! The black portion of the picture has a velvety texture and is a super intense black.

I never received my package, it shipped though DHL and I had to wait to pay the duty due to some money issues, when I was finally able to pay it the company sent a formal request to DHL to have the package disposed of. I would like to give a better review however I have nothing to review

Unique and creative yet it was really simple and easy to create "That Very Night" there is many to choose from for which and was able to edit within 24 hours of my order which was wonderful.

Lots of options and easy to navigate. There is also a freeform text section, I added additional details which made it more special.
