I’d expected the print to be higher quality and clearer and more defined. The print is low quality and not saturated, and low pixel resolution. So bummed.

All i hoped for. Although most babies are born during daylight hours, i have pointed out to friends who mentioned this that the moon related to a 24 hour period. Looks like you will be getting a few more 0rders from country Queensland Australia.

Great idea! Nice product but expensive for what you get. The frame could be much better in terms of quality (looking like it’s worth what you paid for it). More options for wording would be great. Website could be easier to navigate.

The ordering process was extremely easy and there were plenty of different ways to personalize my order with exactly what I wanted. The order was received in pristine condition when it anrrived (on time) and was packaged very well too - no scuffs or cracks.

Ii ordered three prints with frames for the day we met, the day we got married and our 20 year anniversary. They arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The wife was in tears when I gave them to her on our 20 year anniversary. It was the perfect gift. Zero issues from building g the print online to receiving the prints in the mail. Highly recommend.

Our moon couldn't have turned out better, it is a sentimental piece that my family will cherish. I love all the different options and the ability to add in small details. It is definitely worth every penny.

I believe framing your special moment is a wonderful idea, but unfortunately, the product quality did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the price (EUR 145 including delivery) does not reflect the quality offered. I also paid for express delivery (EUR 30!!!) and sent a message asking for timely delivery for our special date, but the frame arrived two days late. Very disappointed.

The poster portion of the product is perfect; however, the framing is flawed with dust and/or fingerprints on the inside of the frame. Unfortunately, it cannot be cleaned as there is no way to access the inside of the frame.

I originally purchased another moon photo for my dad and my son and the experience with that company was so horrible. Luckily I found this site and the difference in quality is unimaginable. I love my moon phase photo so much and I can't wait to give it to my son for his birthday!
