Jason and the team made our moving experience as simple as possible and we're very accommodating of our requirements. I'm extremely pleased I decided to move with Eurogroup. Great service throughout.

Everything went very smoothly from our point of view. I know there was a last minute problem behind the scenes but that was solved before we even knew about it! Our interface was with Chelsea and she was great and couldn't have been more helpful. No hesitation in fully recommending Eurogroup International.

We have just relocated from South Africa to the UK and cannot recommend Eurogroup International Movers more highly. Execu-Move packed our boxes in Johannesburg with an extraordinary amount of care and packaging material. The Overseas Moving Scene, particularly Kevin and Mandy, answered our many questions with great patience and handled the transport of our container with regular feedback on its progress. The baton was picked up by Chelsea Carter in the UK, who handled the final part of the process and arranged for the delivery and unpacking of the container. The container left our home in South Africa on the 23rd May and was delivered to our home in the UK on the 12th June. Only a handful of items arrived broken out of the 40 foot container - a big thank you to all who were involved.

From the time the packers arrived to pack up the house contents in South Africa to the final delivery of everything in England, Eurogroup International Movers were absolutely marvellous. The actual packing was superb. Every aspect from dates/times of pickup and delivery, storage in Cape Town, insurance and help with filling in forms was courteously and professionally done with a cheerful willingness to help that is rare to find these days. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and particularly Kevin in Cape Town and Chelsea in London for their endless patience and immediate assistance with my querie.

Three movers showed up, very fast, efficient and professional yet still friendly. Amazing how they maneuvered a very large office chair down a narrow bend in the hallway and through a narrow door. I didn't think it was going to be possible. Showed up on time and were done in 3 hours! Also - the office (Chelsea!) was great keeping me updated on the shipping delays (due to the Mid-East issues, not the movers fault) and answering questions about the moving day. Highly recommend!

Dealing with Eurogroup was such a pleasure. During a stressful time of moving countries it was so refreshing to deal with such a professional outfit. Chelsea the lady representative was great to deal with. The company that did the final move was also excellent. Just an overall success. Highly recommendable.

I recently moved from SA to the UK and had a number of issues regarding destination address inaccuracies (SA removals error), a lease cancelation 48 hours before planned delivery to property in the West Country and few other irritants, however Chelsea and Frankie in Eurogroup Imports, saved the day and came up with solutions efficiently and smoothly. whilst communicating regularly and efficiently. A top company with top personnel. Thank you !!

Eurogroup had a team out of Swindon led by George who clearly had years of experience with complicate and challenging moves. He and his team are extremely hard working and professional and we were so grateful to have them on the job. Thanks!

Euro Group did an excellent job from packing in NZ, keeping me updated during shipping right through to final delivery.

I am so impressed with the service that I have received from your company. I unfortunately forgot to get the names of the two young men who unpacked all our boxes this morning but please tell whoever is in charge that they were amazing. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently (up 2 flights of stairs - they must be exhausted) and they didn’t stop until every box was put safely into our home. They were polite and professional too. A big ‘THANK YOU’ also to Frankie Hand who co-ordinated all this and kept me up to date every step of the way. I would recommend your company to anyone in a heartbeat.

I'm over the moon about the service provided. Apart from the slight delay in transit, which I understand was totally out of their control, my experience was exceptional. I appreciate all the updates I received and the speed at which the consignment was delivered after it left customs. The delivery guys were quick, efficient, and incredibly professional

Once Eurogroup took possession of my shipment the quality of communication and professionalism was exemplary.
Frankie was approachable, helpful and quick to answer any of my many questions.
On the day it arrived the team were fabulous. Could not do enough. Despite few problems from the way it was packed they overcame any difficulties usually with a smile or a laugh. They were so tidy and organised. Again friendly and able to answer my at times stupid questions. They never left until they were assured that I was pleased with everything. Would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them for taking care of your belongings

We have used Eurogroup for 2 shipments from the US to the UK and have been really pleased with their service. We are very happy with the service provided by Eurogroup. We moved household items from South Africa to the UK, and Eurogroup were our UK-based movers. Frankie, the Commercial Administrator, was an excellent communicator and kept us updated throughout the process. Once our goods cleared customs, the team delivered our shipment within two days. The team also made a plan to return to our residence to collect all the packaging material so that we did not have to dispose of it ourselves. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service on the ground. Moved my things from Canada to the UK. Had to rearrange my delivery date - everything was taken care of efficiently and effectively. Frankie was amazing! Sorted all the parking permits needed and kept me up to date. Delivery on the day - on time - kept me informed of where abouts and the two guys were so helpful and unpacked and moved everything in for me! Highly recommend! Thx

Very impressed with the service we received. We have moved internationally twice before and this was by far the best experience we have had at both ends of the move. We were kept informed throughout the process and our container actually arrived quicker than we expected. They managed to make a generally stressful experience a lot less painful!
