What I thought was going to be a real stress turned out to be absolute bliss with the help of EUROGROUP (UK). Chelsea was a dream to work with - her co-ordination with our SA shipping/moving Co., and the UK teams here was exceptional. Then a special shout out to the COMPANY MOVES & STORAGE team that came out on the day to unpack our container and help place/assemble furniture and boxes in our home - they were nothing short of EXCELLENT. What an amazing, seemless and pleasurable experience from start to finish.

We recently relocated from Singapore to the UK, and Eurogroup were our UK shipping partners. We were very impressed with the level of information provided throughout the process by our coordinator, Frankie Hand. Emails were followed up quickly, queries dealt with fast, parking permit organised, and we were given clear, up to date information detailing each stage of the process.
The team who delivered our shipment worked hard, quickly and respectfully of the space.
Overall we were very pleased to have had our shipment handled by Eurogroup, and in particular for Frankie’s excellent support throughout the entire process - thank you!

I recently moved from Singapore to London. Eurogroup made my move stress-free. Frankie gave me great advice on what to do about arranging for parking permit and kept me up to date with delivery information. Kieran, the delivery guy, was polite and efficient. We recently moved from Pennsylvania to Scotland. The UK end of the process was handled very professionally and our stuff arrived on time and was moved into the house by three excellent guys who worked extremely hard. Our UK portion was organized by Chelsea who was also most helpful.

To be honest, our complaints stem from the US end of the move. Communication with Allied was hampered by their really bad email system which meant that emails were lost. I resorted to setting up a Dropbox site to get them the paperwork they needed. The packers and loaders worked hard but their labeling of boxes was wholly inadequate, their use of packing materials inconsistent (some robust items were over packed and some fragile ones left with just a sheet of paper) and the loading of the container seemed very odd.

Clearly there was a lot of movement within the container during shipping as there were lots of small damages ... a picture frame dinged and a bit of wood knocked off a chest of drawers amongst other things. Minor stuff but it added up. The Scottish unpackers were scathing about the way the US folk had loaded the container.

Finally, and I don't know where the blame lies here but we paid for full service ... packing, transport and unpacking. The Scottish team knew nothing about unpacking and were only scheduled for one day's work. Not their fault but it means that we now have to unpack all the boxes ourselves.

This was an expensive enterprise and we are left feeling that we did not get what we paid for.

I moved from Colorado to Scotland and had the pleasure of having Frankie Hand as my coordinator. She was absolutely amazing! She ensured that I was aware of the process form start to finish and sent emails of updates all throughout the shipment. The delivery day came and was very smooth, all items arrived well and she took the time to ensure my delivery was smooth. Would highly recommend to anyone that is moving.

The removal company we booked in Bahrain went bust and Eurogroup stepped in to save the day. Frankie Hand was our coordinator and she was excellent. She always replied to any questions we had, she kept us updated and it was comforting knowing she was there for us. First class service to Frankie and Eurogroup. Thank you.

Eurogroup handled the import, paperwork and delivery expertly. The day the container was opened went smoothly and quickly, the movers were helpful and efficient. I would happily recommend them.

Eurogroup was the assigned partner to handle my move from Singapore to the UK. Been dealing with Frankie Hand to find high value items that went missing from my international shipment. It’s been 2 weeks of being stringed along by Frankie to locate my Secure Box of high value items and other missing items. The whole point of a secure box is added security, but not with Eurogroup it seems!

My belongings were being imported from Malaysia to the UK including my car. Rarely do I find such major things go smoothly.

On this occasion I was blown away with the outcome. Helpful and efficient staff who not only did exactly what they said, but did it with engagement and smiles.
