Its bad enough this is a 600.00 dollar room! 900.00 later...

Its bad enough this is a 400.00 dollar room...plus, 80 to park your car...plus 40 for things you will not use at the hotel...plus taxes...your looking at almost 600 for the basic room! Then, when I made the reservation through the hotel I used my CC, then when I went to check in they asked for a card for incidentals...incidentals...so gave my bank card..... Just to find out they applied the entire cost of the room (600.00) directly on my bank card! If you ever make reservations ensure the card you give for anything, is explained in detail! The drinks and the bar, the great ship bar.... 120.00 for four sliders, fries, 4 drinks, this bar is very noisy and a favorite for locals who seem to get the attention of the staff faster then the folks paying 600.00 a night! What a bust! Brown Palace would have been cheaper! Breakfast, even though I bought the 2 breakfast meal when making my reservation, we only got one chip...meaning I had to pay 33.00 more to eat...after buying this in the package! I think this could be a scam that is ran between the hotel and the bar, so be careful...untrusting place to do any business.

After complaining about the issues they gave me my breakfast money back, I wonder how many folks they did this to that did not complain!?

So...is this worth all together about 900.00 for one night for a basic room and snacks/drinks at the bar....no....history, prohibition or not....not worth the cost!
