We made a payment of £1785. Due to covid our flight got cancelled. After pushing and pushing we asked for a refund, instead they gave us voucher codes which was considerably less then the amount we paid for. When it was time to use our vouchers, Tap Portugal confirmed that Ezee flights used our vouchers and only 50p remains on it. We were utterly shocked. We have been fighting ever since to get our money back and they have not been helpful. I called the company and I was informed that Cheryl and Damian left and I spoke to Rachel who said she will contact us and hasn’t done so! It’s been a few months since she said she will contact us.

This company is fradulent please do not use them. We have all the evidence to support this review, to show that our review is legit.

Whenever, I speak to Rachel my Travel Consultant, she is always ready and willing to research prices that suited my needs. Outstanding service every time and I have recommended them to many friends.

Would give this company minus 10. The air line l was booked with cancelled my ticket due to covid. 4 years later l am still waiting for my money, they won't reply, my emails from the sales office ping straight back, you can't write to them as they frequently move office.
I have phoned, tried the civil courts but because they move, no one can contact them.
This company, who was reimbursed by the airline, have kept my £858 and won't return it. They are scammers, don't use them no matter how polite they are. As a pensioner, it took me a year to save that money, and the robbers kept every penny. Disgusting!

Rachael was really helpful, she was determined to make my family and I happy by making it possible for us to fly out on the days best suited for us. She is really hard working and I'm pleased with the service.

I had a bad experience with Travel Jockey. I book 5 weeks returning journey on 20th of February 2021 and the lady by the name Rachael booked my return date in a week. She asked me to make a payment. The following day I checked my E-Ticket and noticed my Journey duration to Africa is for 1 week. I contacted Rachael for the mistake she had made and she told me i have to pay £280 extra for her to change the date. She asked me to pay £280 to a different account. The manager was not helpful as they are all thief's. this is fraud and don't trust this agency.

We have bought 6 round trip tickets with this company prior to the pandemic 31/1/2020 for our travel that July 2020 but unfortunately due to the pandemic we weren’t able to make use of it and have applied for cancellation for them on their advise date which was after July 2020 but until now we still haven’t received anything from them, they said they can’t give us the whole amount which we have agreed to just to get as much as we can as we can still use the money. They initially offered to reschedule but we were not having that as we already had trouble with our initial transactions, we paid but didn’t get the tickets until weeks later and as we can’t be guaranteed to be able to travel a year after so we opted for a refund instead. I have been continuously emailing both Rachael and Sam about this issue but until now we haven’t heard any positive response at all. For months Rachael’s respond would be that it is with their cancellation team and that is being processed but it has been so many months since then. My last 2 emails was left with no response at all. We just want our money back please. It has gone on for more than a year already and we are still suffering this inconvenience from them. We have been more than lenient have allowed them too much time as we were thinking due to the pandemic that business wasn’t as good but they have gone over it’s almost the end of 2021.we just really want our money back.

I purchased tickets through travel jockey to return to the U.K. asap during COVID last year. Although travel agents usually know whether an airline is operating or not, they did not inform us of this and they sold us invalid tickets which were subsequently cancelled through the airline. The airline refunded the money to this travel agency and despite it being almost a year since purchasing, they have not refunded us. It is a large amount of money as it was for both me and my family and yet, I have not been made aware of where the money is. Whenever I chase it up, I am told 'the refund is being processed' or I am ignored entirely. I have reported them to fraud UK but it is a huge amount of money that I will continue to chase up until they offer me a refund and explanation. I am constantly emailing SAM and DARRY however they do not supply any information as to the whereabouts of the money and why it has taken almost a year. If this matter is not resolved through them, I will take them to court. Never buy from this agency, they are scammers and are not even based in the U.K.

Our tickets were booked March 2020, but because of covid 19 the flight was cancelled.Rachael kept us informed what was happening and informed of our options. I rebooked our flights for December 2021 coming back January 2022 and it was done faultlessly, very helpful and well spoken.

Please DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY they are fraudulent scammers. Who take your money and ignore your phones calls and emails. Take extra money during bookings and steal vouchers given by airlines.

This company has several different names avoid Ezee flights and Vogue Travel House.
Also every positive review is a LIE! Please save yourself from booking with these frauds.

ABDUL HASEEB. DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I BOUGHT ONE WAY TICKETS FROM PAKISTAN TO HEATHROW WITH TRAVEL JOCKEY . AFTER A WEEK THEY CANCELLED THE TICKETS AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND WHICH THEY AGREED BUT SAID IT WOULD TAKE A MONTH BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC AND NOW 7 AND A HALF MONTHS LATER I AM STILL WAITING. SAM THEIR SO CALLED REFUND MANAGER IS A ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE LED ME TO RING THE AIRLINE WHO TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD REFUNDED MONEY TO PARENT COMPANY BRIGHTSUN TRAVEL WHO ISSUED TICKETS . SO I RANG THEM FOR AN ANSWER AND THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL BUT ACTUALLY TRIED TO HINDER MY PROSPECT OF GETTING A REFUND. I HAVE JUST REPORTED THEM TO FRAUD SQUAD AT POLICE VIA 101 SERVICE AND URGE ALL OTHERS TO DO SO ALSO REPORT BRIGHTSUN TO ABTA AS TRAVEL JOCKEY IS NOT REGISTERED. THE MORE PEOPLE WHO DO THIS WILL RAISE AWARENESS WITH ANTI FRAUD INVESTIGATORS . AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AS SAM THE SO CALLED REFUND MANAGER IS STILL AVOIDING CALLS AND MAKING FRAUDULENT EXCUSES EVEN AFTER AIRLINE HAS REFUNDED ALL THE MONEY. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WISH TO FLY.

Travel Jockey is the worst ever. Avoid them like a plaque. Very terrible experience with them. My flight got cancelled and they are refusing to give me a refund. They said I rather had a credit I could use on rebooking. When I decided to rebook with my chosen dates which they said was available, they insisted I add a fee difference for rebooking which I paid. Three days later after the payment, they are saying the airline cannot travel on that date anymore and they will have to rebook me a month further. I said no, I do not want to rebook with them anymore, they should give me my refund and they are refusing. Upon my insistent and threatening that I will sue, they are now offering me a partial refund, but I am going to insist on my full refund, or I sue. Very disappointing and fraudulent agents. If you value your peace of mind, never use them.
